13 Windows + 0 Tellers = Infinite Wait. Literally NO Tellers at the window for 15 minutes there are at least 3 employees here but apparently none of them actually serves customers. If you consider your time valuable consider banking somewhere else.

Again here with 15 people in line and 1-2 tellers. It's unfortunate the management can't get this together. I wonder how race plays into the decisions Wells Fargo makes on staffing? Regardless they don't seem to care about customer service.

Back again and this really is the worst Wells Fargo I have ever felt with. Always understaffed and long lines. Never had this at any other WF. I will now be driving further away to get better service. Someone from corporate should help management here get the location back on track because this is bad for the company's... read full comment
