“Shalika was able to help me and another person at the same time 20 minutes before closing. She was super professional and even the other person she was helping was singing her praises. She looked at all the branches in my area to get us an appointment but none were available. Then she went out of our area but just over the bridge and found us an appointment for the next day. I am so grateful that Shalika is the one that came out to help us. I even called WF and they didn't get us an appointment until next week. She is the best. Yall better keep her or someone will snatch her up and make her in charge of everything.”

“Wow I received excellent customer service today. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. I had misplaced a money order both the manager and abanker named Vanessa helped me resolve my problem. They were able to stop payment for the lost money order. Yes, there is a fee but I needed to cancel it and get a new one for my work. Vanessa found out all the information and made several calls to make sure everything was done correctly. Yay! I got my new money order for my work. I really like baking with Wells Fargo and recommend this location.”
“Did a wire today. Got great service and they were amazing adhering to all COVID protocols. Had to wait outside for a bit but worth the wait to only have two customers in the branch and see them sanitize before each person came to the masked teller. This branch is definitely doing their part.”
