Rude / terrible customer service. Val's = spend your money literally anywhere else. I've lived in Vallejo now for 11+ years and no other store (even Ross with their similar style of rudeness) is as inhospitable as these turds

They don't honor their posted hours; I showed up before within their posted closing time and they still refused to serve me.

LOVE this StORe!!!! Customer service is amazing. The time frame of this staff to resolve complaints is very small. Its a fabulous mom n pops store. Support your local stores and communities.
