“Every time I've come to this location they have always been super friendly. I walked in last week during lunch hour and didn't have to wait in line as no one was in the bank, which was nice as I got helped right away. There is even a greeter that will welcome you in and say goodbye as you leave, and if you have any questions just walk up front and they can help you with what you need relatively quick. Also this location is in a shopping mall with plenty of parking.”
“Kudos and a shout out to Linda Shahbazian who helped me nightmare scenarios on my credit card and debit card and app. I was blocked from using all three because of some erroneous security flagging by Chase. Draconian measures to be sure and left me without any cash access nor the ability to remedy the situation online.I would give the online and phone experience low ratings, but because of Linda's patient and competent handling of the situations including helping to set up the app I was back on the road again. Thanks again!”

He even helped my daughter open up her first account. He really went out of his way to make sure she understood everything and even helped her open her first credit card as well. “I made a quick trip here to take care of some banking during my travels. The Financial Centers are more than a bank and are much larger the regular old branches and might be geared more towards bespoke needs for small businesses etc. There are tellers are on hand here. At the time I dropped in (the afternoon on a Monday), there were 2 tellers that were staffed. I was lucky that I didn't have to wait at all. The teller that was helping me was courteous but not the most knowledgeable so the manager on duty had to step in and help as well. Luckily my banking was completed without a hitch and I left after a 5 minute visit. Super fast!”
“Renu is the best! 5-stars is due solely to Renu. During a holiday weekend when there were only 2 bankers, Renu was able to squeeze us in even after her colleague told us that they were all booked up. Renu was kind and empathetic and called us back as we were from OOT and with our 90 year old parents just for the weekend. She was very kind and helpful, and made the process clear and easy. We almost wanted to close out after dealing with initial banker but WF is lucky to have the professional, excellent client service banker, and charming Renu.”
