“Not a fan of most banks or even most Wells Fargo banks but this one the staff always seem friendly and lines aren't too bad. Went to open up a business account there as I bank there for my personal account. At first I was annoyed that they go by appointments for business accounts but ended up having Dilmoan help me out as they weren't too busy. She was very friendly and professional, gave me some good tips and wrapped me up pretty fast. It's hard finding good people these days and it's good to recognize good service.”

“I visited this location on a Saturday morning. There was a big line. It seemed everyone there was exchanging coins so it took some time. The teller was polite and courteous and we completed our transaction rather quickly. There are a couple ATMs out front if you don't want to go inside.”

“Hello, I really appreciated the Service I got from Antonio covarrubias. He was very patient and warm. I had a problem with a banker at another bank. Basically, they didn't want to help me but Antonio assisted me with all the help I needed. Plus, he was giving me a caring conversation. Leaving me at peace. Although, it was a while back when he helped me, I had to save his information to give a good review about him because when a person is busy they really need the help they ask for at that moment. “Wow....We were referred to Bank of Santa Clarita by a friend and local business man. We had been doing business with the bank down the street in Newhall for 31 (thirtyone) years and I had all of my accounts there all that time. We applied for the PPP loan and another loan immediately right after the COVID shutdown and then after 2 months .....Nothing..... Nothing...Nothing!!! My partner, Dr. Josh Corben went into the bank on April 24th and a day or two later we were approved. Mr. Di Tomaso aided him with the forms. The person you see in front of you, Di Tomaso is the person who helped facilitate our new banking relationship..As I see it, The Bank of Santa Clarita is a real community bank.”

The teller guy in mid-section stand, was super nice, polite and provides friendly customer service. This ATM gives hundreds, so you know, which is helps, if you don't want to stand online. 4 stars, because line was 9 people and only 3 tellers, wait time 19 min.”
