“Came in here on Saturday just passing by. Had a great selection of dresses and clothes. Ended up buying a great staple piece(black dress) at the recommendation of the clerk. Really cute jewelry and beautiful home accessories and furniture. The service was exponentially better than I received at the clothing store at the end of the block where I was ignored the entire time I spent there. I will be coming back here soon!”

“Very nice store, good selections from babies to adult, home and travel. A little crowded with merchandise in the aisles at times, changed from checkout at both entrances, to only one checkout at west entrance only and added self checkouts (just remember, on self check to have security tags removed from items, if any)”

Everything is clean and organized and the dressing rooms are not full of dirty clothes, but it is a little confusing because when I was shopping for jeans, everything was in sizes OR, OS, and OO S. It was confusing so I am not trying to criticized the store, I am just trying to let people know.”

“A very clean and not so crowded store. They had 50% off everything and extra savings on top of that! They had the best deals at the outlets. Finally got a nice blazer for my capsule closet.”

They understand fit, materials, and value, and will bend over backwards to find things. Quality clothing and the sweetest humans. A+++ will shop forevs. So nice!”
“Ok. Here we go. The staff here is not friendly… not just friendly but very welcoming!!! They made me feel so easy ( no pressure given). I went through the store I picked one item. Someone immediately came by and offered to set up a room. I agreed saying I will shop more. Of course I selected more items to try on since I already had a room setup. I ended up buying two beautiful items.
At the checkout we had a nice chatter.

“I like this place. It's Costco returns, so some things have been opened and taped back up. But that doesn't mean it's all bad, just discounted. It's also hit or miss. One week they'll have a lot of something and then it's gone, sometimes for a month, sometimes for good. So, plan on coming weekly. They have clothes for everybody, food, snacks, furniture, and knick knacks.”
“I recently stopped in Michael Kors Outlet in Vacaville as I was traveling through area. I bought a nice purse and wallet during a special promotion. There was a coat I really wanted but I left without it. The salesperson, Victoria, was very considerate as well as helpful, and suggested she could hold it while I thought about the purchase.
By the time I got home 2 hours away I regretted not buying it. I called her and she made my additional purchase easy. She packed the shipment really well and I received it quickly!
Victoria went to the extra afford to make sure I was happy with my purchases. It's not to often sales staff goes to those lengths to deliver excellent customer service these days. I'm a new loyal customer thanks to Victoria!”
“Dropped in last night hoping to find some overalls that appeared to be out-of-stock everywhere... My wife and I found the entire staff to be incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They went out of their way to try to track down the exact style and size we were looking for at other stores and online. The whole store gets an A+ for customer service!!!!!”
“Well what do ya know, the Vacaville outlets has a Marc Jacobs shop. I am not posh enough to be familiar with this brand. But I popped on in since I was in that area of the outlets. Right when I walked in, I was kindly greeted. And not the mechanical robotic type of greeting. The associates were helpful and engaging. The inventory on the floor is limited to samples. They keep the stock in the back. By doing that, it gave the store a bare minimalist boutique look. They had mainly womens wallets and purses with a very small selection of women clothes. I did not see menswear. If this is your style or brand, it is definitely worth checking them out to score some bargains.”

There’s always something worth grabbing, especially those items you’ve had your eye on but held off buying due to price. Once it hits the rack, it’s a wrap. The rotation of inventory keeps it fresh and fun to browse.
Lines move quickly, and while you might catch a short wait on a busy day, they keep it efficient. The store isn’t loud or overwhelming, and the service is consistently friendly. Plenty of surprise markdowns show up in every section, from clothing to home goods.
The only downside is the shoe section, which can look a little rough later in the day after people dig through it. A bit more upkeep there would help, but it’s not a deal breaker. There were no trip hazards the day I went, and overall, it still felt safe and manageable.
