Customer service is terrible, kids working at store are rude, arrogant and have no customer service experience. I use to buy my clothing from them but I no longer giving them my business.

I have found some pretty cool items here. But things like shirts are still $50 because everything at Tommy's is $100. That's just standard. But it's always fun to sift through the items at the outlet.
