Today though they were more than wonderful as my dog Walter was having problems and knowing they were probably busy I still called and they squeezed me in. High five to Laurie and the rest of the office sadly I do not remember their names but were so awesome. Above all I want to thank Dr. K as busy as she was she took care of Walter.”

“Wow!!! Just wow!!! I'm so glad our friend recommended this place after we were quoted 4x as much and the vet was going to put our dog under. No thank you. We drove 1.5 hours from the Bay Area and so glad we did. The staff immediately greeted us. One wasn't even clocked in yet and she happened to open the door and tell us to come on in 5 minutes before they opened. We were surprised they let us in before they are officially opened. The staff that let us in was actually the receptionist and she helped us complete the forms. I don't know how she does it.. we were watching her multi task and greet every single person that walked into the clinic. We thought the receptionist was nice, but it turns out, everyone in the clinic is extremely nice. (Must be a requirement to work here). A tech came out to get our dog for the initial exam to make sure she was a good candidate. It took about 15 minutes or so. Once our dog was good, the staff let us know it could be 45 minutes to 2 hours. The staff eased our nerves a bit since this is her first tooth cleaning. We ran errands around the area. Home Depot, Target and Sprouts were near by. We got a call within an hour and said Bunny just got done and will be ready to leave in 10 minutes. When we came back, the receptionist had a full waiting area and helping another customer, but she was so kind to acknowledge us and let us know she'll be with us shortly. I really don't know how she jungles each customer and checking on dogs as well as answering questions and grabbing meds. Never saw her lose her cool once. Smiled the entire time. A tech comes out and goes over the results of the cleaning. Gave us recommendations. Once we checked out, our dog was brought out by the tech that cleaned her teeth and gave us another update. When I saw our dog's teeth, I gasped. I was so shocked that they're pearly white. She's a rescue and we thought the discoloration was permanent. So happy that we chose Pet Tooth Fairy!! I also notice another customer mentioning she needs to clean her dog's teeth more and the staff never once shamed her. And said thats what we're here for. Amazing staff. Amazing service! Attaching our dog's before and after picture. Also the new online reservation system is great. So easy to make an appointment and pay the deposit. We were able to send the vaccinations ahead of time, which made the check-in process a lot faster.”

“This staff is absolutely wonderful! I have lost 2 cats in the last year and they were by my side both times! Very great people. I brought my cat here to put him down but unfortunately he passed a few days before his appointment and they were so helpful and gentle with us. Then I had to put my other cat down and they went above and beyond, he was so scared and I was so sad and just snotty crying and they didnt rush me or anything. They even sent me a mold of his paw and I just want ya'll to know I ugly cried for sooo long because I was so happy because I didnt have it at the time to be able to get it done. A special shoutout to Stephanie, Bless your heart I appreciate you so much! This was all last year and now we take our new puppy Ghost here! He is healing well from his injury!”

“If I could give 7 stars I would. I am a high anxiety dog mama as it is so she. It comes to my fur baby being sick or injured, good luck keeping me calm. Usually my boyfriend handles the vet visits but he was working so this was on me. I called last minute praying I could get my sweet girl in to see Dr Singh and somehow they made it happen day of. Esperanza and Melanie were sweet, patient, and put up with my antics and anxiety. I really couldn't as for a better veterinary practice to take care of our baby. I've been very hesitant and anxious taking my dog to vet because he's a giant anxious furball. I've tried many other vets in the area, all whom lacked patience with my dog. In other words the other places, just labeled him excessively aggressive, instead of taking the time to let him get used to them, because he is anything but that.This vet and his staff are so wonderful and were so accommodating to me and my Max. They took all the necessary steps to ensure not only Max, but I was comfortable as well. I was thoroughly listened to and all my concerns were addressed. This place deserves all the stars plus more, they truly are amazing! All to say if you're looking for a vet that genuinely cares and loves animals, this is it.Thank you guys to restoring my faith in vets again!”

“Dr. A and his entire staff have gone above and beyond for my animals. He is a veterinarian that really takes the time to explain what is going on with your pet. Elizabeth, (a long time tech at Dr. A's) is so extremely knowledgeable and she really loves animals.As busy as vet clinics have been over the past few years, Dr. A never rushes the appointment. I've had a few Cavalier King Charles Spaniels that I took to Dr. A over the past 10 years and he has treated them so well. I also have had cats that saw Dr. A. He is very gentle with them and his techs do a phenomenal job. I recently sent a few family members to see Dr. A and his team...they were also really happy with the care their dogs received.”

They scheduled an appointment for Ginger the same day and Dr. Raj took action and gave the medical attention to Ginger right away and eased my mind. “The staff was very friendly and advised me 10 minutes after my appointment that there was an emergency that would cause a delay of at least 30 mins or so. The tech was very sweet with my baby Oogie and talked to him every few seconds to calm his nerves. We were in for his 1st puppy visit as well as a sick visit. They even gave him a treat to get his attention off of his shots. Although they were very thorough I was a little disappointed I didn't receive my 25$ discount for 1st time clinic visits. I wasn't informed if one of the tests they charged me for had been done or not either. It was lunch time so it's somewhat understandable but still disappointing. I will still take my pup there but only if absolutely necessary.”
