“Wow!!! Just wow!!! I'm so glad our friend recommended this place after we were quoted 4x as much and the vet was going to put our dog under. No thank you. We drove 1.5 hours from the Bay Area and so glad we did. The staff immediately greeted us. One wasn't even clocked in yet and she happened to open the door and tell us to come on in 5 minutes before they opened. We were surprised they let us in before they are officially opened. The staff that let us in was actually the receptionist and she helped us complete the forms. I don't know how she does it.. we were watching her multi task and greet every single person that walked into the clinic. We thought the receptionist was nice, but it turns out, everyone in the clinic is extremely nice. (Must be a requirement to work here). A tech came out to get our dog for the initial exam to make sure she was a good candidate. It took about 15 minutes or so. Once our dog was good, the staff let us know it could be 45 minutes to 2 hours. The staff eased our nerves a bit since this is her first tooth cleaning. We ran errands around the area. Home Depot, Target and Sprouts were near by. We got a call within an hour and said Bunny just got done and will be ready to leave in 10 minutes. When we came back, the receptionist had a full waiting area and helping another customer, but she was so kind to acknowledge us and let us know she'll be with us shortly. I really don't know how she jungles each customer and checking on dogs as well as answering questions and grabbing meds. Never saw her lose her cool once. Smiled the entire time. A tech comes out and goes over the results of the cleaning. Gave us recommendations. Once we checked out, our dog was brought out by the tech that cleaned her teeth and gave us another update. When I saw our dog's teeth, I gasped. I was so shocked that they're pearly white. She's a rescue and we thought the discoloration was permanent. So happy that we chose Pet Tooth Fairy!! I also notice another customer mentioning she needs to clean her dog's teeth more and the staff never once shamed her. And said thats what we're here for. Amazing staff. Amazing service! Attaching our dog's before and after picture. Also the new online reservation system is great. So easy to make an appointment and pay the deposit. We were able to send the vaccinations ahead of time, which made the check-in process a lot faster.”

“This staff is absolutely wonderful! I have lost 2 cats in the last year and they were by my side both times! Very great people. I brought my cat here to put him down but unfortunately he passed a few days before his appointment and they were so helpful and gentle with us. Then I had to put my other cat down and they went above and beyond, he was so scared and I was so sad and just snotty crying and they didnt rush me or anything. They even sent me a mold of his paw and I just want ya'll to know I ugly cried for sooo long because I was so happy because I didnt have it at the time to be able to get it done. “If I could give 7 stars I would. I am a high anxiety dog mama as it is so she. It comes to my fur baby being sick or injured, good luck keeping me calm. Usually my boyfriend handles the vet visits but he was working so this was on me. I called last minute praying I could get my sweet girl in to see Dr Singh and somehow they made it happen day of. Esperanza and Melanie were sweet, patient, and put up with my antics and anxiety. I really couldn't as for a better veterinary practice to take care of our baby. They were the ONLY people who showed interest in our poor kitten, and they took mercy on us. Elizabeth, (a long time tech at Dr. A's) is so extremely knowledgeable and she really loves animals.As busy as vet clinics have been over the past few years, Dr. A never rushes the appointment. I've had a few Cavalier King Charles Spaniels that I took to Dr. A over the past 10 years and he has treated them so well. I also have had cats that saw Dr. A. He is very gentle with them and his techs do a phenomenal job. I recently sent a few family members to see Dr. A and his team...they were also really happy with the care their dogs received.”

They took all the necessary steps to ensure not only Max, but I was comfortable as well. I was thoroughly listened to and all my concerns were addressed. This place deserves all the stars plus more, they truly are amazing! “It's hard to get a timely appt. because the vets are very good. Our vets for over 40 years! Recently decided to close on weekends. That meant bringing my dog for emergency treatment at UCD. Oy! Over $1000 !! Twice in 1 year! Thank goodness for pet insurance or we would be broke! Impossible to find any vet open on weekends. But Dr Russum is the best vet in Solano County so we are grateful when he is available.”

“If your looking for a vet clinic to take your pets to I 100% recommend you go here! My husband and I are PCSing to Japan on military orders and they made the process so easy and less stressful. We ran into a few problems with the process but the Staff, Dr.Guduri and Dr.Kumar worked extremely hard to get everything we needed to us before we left. They kept us informed with multiple calls a week and at some points multiple calls a day to let us know what they were doing with our case etc. They never lost patience with us when we called for updates or in general had another question for them. They are all extremely easy to communicate with and answer any questions you might have! I can’t say enough about this clinic and my husband and I are extremely grateful for them. “Affordable and knowledgeable veterinarian. He runs a one man operation so it’s hard to get him on the phone at times but he will try to fit you in as soon as possible if he can. Expect the visit to be short and sweet as he just gets straight to the point but he will take care of all your pet’s needs and charge way less than all the other clinics.”

Our dog usually receives care at this practice, but unfortunately, the first time our 14-year-old cat was here was when we had to decide to put him down. I called for an appointment, and the staff immediately treated me with kindness and compassion. They gave us multiple available same-day time slots and scheduling options. We chose the latest same-day appointment so it wouldn't be as busy. I'm sure everyone was tired and ready for the day to be over, but they didn't show it. We never once felt rushed through anything. Letting go was by far one of the most difficult decisions we had to make, but the staff made sure to guide us through the process and make it as comfortable as it could be. “Hello, I have to write a review on this Veterinary Office, the day I brought my animal in to see the Vet I was impressed with the service. I called the office with a pet rat who was at the end of her life having breathing problems or wheezing. I wanted a medical opinion before euthanasia without spending affortion. Every single Vet in the area turned me away, A couple just couldnt see us do to scheduling but most dont see rodents. This office got me in on an emergency that morning and they were busy. I was impressed with the Vet and her honesty. I 100% recommend this office. Thank you!”

“This store goes above and beyond! There is a great selection of treats for my dog who is especially picky when it comes to liking something long term. They always have large 15.5lb bags of food for both my dog and my cat, which saves me money in comparison to buying the 7lb bags and multiple trips a month!! I DEFINITELY recommend coming here over Petsmart, and it's less than a mile from the Gateway Blvd. Petsmart location in Fairfield.”
