“WOW!! What can I say about Kathleen? She is one of the best persons I have met. Sure we spent probably half an hour together in the store but that's how I feel after that small amount of time. They say quality over quantity, and it's true. Of course she was an excellent representative of Pak Mail. I'll never go anywhere else. “Good customer service, the person that helped us greeted us with a nice smile, and made sure to be nice and friendly. He made sure everything was Correct, then had us double check it. That was good because it helped with us being able to look over it. He was also kind by directing us to the Amazon return terminal. They were also somewhat organized. They also kept the line going at a good speed which was helpful”

“My father passed away and I’m shipping a lot of his things over to where I live, Not only was the staff caring about what I was going through, But they tried to help me minimize that I needed to ship I mean we’re talking massive amount of box. me, even though I was sitting there crying in their storefront. I will never go to another store ever again if I come back to California because these people were amazing, caring, respectful.”
