These doctors have little to no training. They will send 10 minutes or less on each patient. That comes from management. They under medicate. Have little understanding of biology. They screwed my mom so bad even another doctor threw them under the bus which never happens. The couple Doctors that are decent there don’t take new patients. If you have to see someone there ask for Niko. He’s not a doctor but as a nurse practitioner is betterZ

Expensive appointments just to be rushed through with lousy doctors. Go somewhere else!

Absolutely horrible. To get established with a doctor the wait-list is about 6 months. I had an appointment that I wanted to reschedule, as my baby got sick closer to the day, and I ended up cancelling it. The system didn't send me confirmation of it being cancelled, like it's designed to do. Being considerate, I wanted to call to confirm it and reschedule. Spent an hour on hold, no luck. Ran out of time, packed the baby, drove there, just in case it's still on. The receptionist said, the cancellation actually went through, and the next available appointment is in 3 months, otherwise I could see a nurse practitioner in a month, which I declined, as we pay high premiums for the health insurance. Tried to call that useless number again to find another PCP. Was on hold for another 20 minutes, and then got dropped, as their office closed. This is completely unacceptable. Never going there again.

It takes to much time to make and appointment more then 45 minutes and never answer. I have to be calling for more then 7 day to get an appointment for my kids . Until they answer the phone . Vacaville and Fairfield clinics are the same.

Have been cancelled twice in a row moments before my appointment after taking time off from work. Never had good luck or good care with NorthBay other than specialist. May be time move into a new healthcare system.

I came to Vacaville to see a doctor Kevin Xunan, because my primary doctor didn't have an opening. I got right in, and the nurse took my blood pressure, asked me about my symptoms, and asked if it was OK for an intern to accompany the doctor. I said yes. When I saw the doctor, right off I felt he did not care. He asked about my symptoms. I told him my husband had a cold, and I believe I got it, but worse. Post nasal drip, coughing, and feeling fatigued. He asked me if I smoke or ever smoked. I told him I gave up cigarettes in 1995, but I do smoke pot. But a joint lasted me all day. I'm a lightweight! He checked the back of my lungs with 2 inhales/exhales. That's it! Didn't check my nose, my mouth for post nasal drip, or my ears. Then he tells me he thinks I have COPD or asthma. He had me do a chest x-ray, which came back negative. The only googmd thing that came out of this visit was the doctor told me to take mucinex, and the intern came back in an did a comprehensive lung examination. I think she'll be an awesome doctor! And she showed compassion, which Dr. Xunan did not.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars.I’ve been coming to see a doctor for my symptoms for 5 years, and have had to beg for simple tests (lab work, etc) to see what was wrong. I was mocked by Dr. Hassani for “manifesting symptoms” when I’m rather ill. He offered to test me for outlandish diseases (hay fever, tuberculosis, and- as he said “diseases from zebras”) none of which I have symptoms for. I went to a new doctor at a different facility, and was listened to. If you care about your health, find a different facility that cares about your health as well.

Just got off the phone with "Patty" the disrespectful Nurse. I was trying to speak to my Dr. per the Emergency Room Doctor. Patty states "I have a job to do and weighing you is part of that job". But part of that job is doing it in a respectful and considerate manor, please correct me if I'm wrong North Bay. When patient is obviously unable to stand asking if being weighed is necessary, is forcing them on a scale that isn't going to give an accurate reading, by Patty's own admission, does that really qualify as considerate?

On my first visit the nurse indicated to me that she is ant-vax and she thought we were on the same page. I let her know we were definitely NOT on the same page. On my next visit, I had explained to the nurse I was in tears with category 10 pain. Nevertheless she forced me to stand on one foot, with out aide of my crutches when I was exhausted due to lack of sleep. If she could have said "I don't care" she would have. There is a political agenda among the nurses there that everyone should be aware of. Might even be Q~tards. BEWARE!

I had high hopes for North Bay Health, but I simply cannot recommend selecting this provider for primary care. From the moment I walked in, I was rushed through despite arriving early. To top it all off, the doctor checked their phone and actually texted during the appointment. Mind you that I waited 3 months to be seen only for this to happen. They did not set up a follow-up appointment, and I didn't feel my concerns were properly addressed. I was essentially left in the dark to figure things out myself. I tried to call and follow-up but I am routinely placed on hold for at least half an hour. You would think they would coordinate to have patients coming back. I will be seeking care elsewhere.

The absolute worst care I've ever received. I visited Dr Hernandez and her care team for a physical and new patient exam and I've never been more disappointed in the lack of care and communication I've received. For one the Medical assistant didn't address or even write down all my concerns that were related to visit. They order labs for my blood and never got back to me. After a week of trying to get my results and being rudely spoken to by her care team I decided to make an in person visit to rectify the situation and get my results. It was then they tell me that they never sent off my results and I needed to come in again to to give another sample. So what happens to my initial blood draw???? No one knows. I suggest you run far away from this place if you value your time and health.

This office is very short staffed and you will be waiting well over an hour after your scheduled appointment just to see your doctor! Office scheduling and coordination is very poor. I walked out as I had to work. If you have an insurance that covers elsewhere, you may want to re-consider your available options. Otherwise the people are very kind and the place is clean.

Worst care possible. On multiple occasions I tried booking online appointments with there pediatrician and they will either send me the wrong link to a different doctor at a different agreed time or just don’t send it at all. I called multiple times spending literally DAYS on the phone trying to simple get an appointment that never ends up happening. They are not helpful at all and clearly have no idea how to do their jobs. If you care about your child’s health do not take your child here
