It takes to much time to make and appointment more then 45 minutes and never answer. I have to be calling for more then 7 day to get an appointment for my kids . Until they answer the phone . Vacaville and Fairfield clinics are the same.

Have been cancelled twice in a row moments before my appointment after taking time off from work. Never had good luck or good care with NorthBay other than specialist. May be time move into a new healthcare system.

I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was being so rude and disrespectful. They literally just hang up on you on the phone and have no manners at all.
