“If I could give this rating zero stars I would! I went in about 2 weeks ago. When I walked in the store no one greeted me or offered to help both ladies were on their phones. The store was FILTHY! It seems like they haven’t cleaned it in months, the display phones had nothing but fingerprints all over them and a bunch of dust on the shelves. When I asked for the store manager, surprisingly I was talking to the store manager herself. However the way she was you would not think this was store manager at all! She was being very standoffish and giving off a rude vibe like she did not want to help me, Anytime I would speak to her she would continue to just be on her phone instead of having direct eye contact with me. …. Never would I expect this experience at a cricket store due to my past experiences at other stores being great. However i’ll never recommend this one!”

They always greet you with a smile and the store is VERY clean, this is my "go to" store, even if i lived across town I'd rather drive here than the other 711 in town. “The crew at this location is great! I was trying to upgrade to a new phone, but in contacting customer service they were not much help in telling me why I couldn't go to a Walmart to upgrade my phone (I work for Walmart).. Although it took 4 visits, my upgrade happened and the staff (from Associates Nunio and Tina to the boss Anthony) were all in with trying to solve my upgrade debacle. Full marks for customer service!”

“Thomas help us with my husband, who needed new iPhone and iPad (he traded his old ones in). We had a fantastic experience working with him. He was very pleasant and took care of all our needs. He helped get the phone and iPad synced (we could never get the old ones to do that!). Even took the time to help with an app (nothing to do with Verizon) we were struggling with. I will add, when you need to replace a phone or any device, plan on being at the store for some time. It took us 2 hours, which we planned on. It’s not the employees fault, it just takes time to go through all the steps plus get the new devices up and running. Don’t go into the store at the end of the day expecting this to go quick. You’ll be frustrated and disappointed. Cheers.”

“I went in to the store to exchange a internet gateway for a smaller hotspot device and Fharrell helped me. He was knowledgeable about the product he was selling me and worked quickly to get the product swapped out. Super happy with the service he provided me. These days customer service isn't that great but Fharrell exemplified what it means to be a customer service rep! thanks!”
