They're quite a team and they've certainly pulled me out of a couple of binds. The main man Jay actually delivered wire to my job site on his way to lunch, one afternoon because I was in dire need, and his driver wasn't going to be back till later that afternoon. It's a very kind spirited place and I would suggest them to everyone.”

“Customer service is insanely good at T-Mobile. Their stores can be a bit different though. I recommend doing everything by phone when dealing with T-Mobile. If all the personnel in their stores were as good as the call center and if T-Mobile had better coverage I'd give them 5 stars.”

“I went into the T-mobile at the mall just to take a look at the deals they had to offer. A young man named Guillermo sat me down & took his time to explain all promotions & the details of my account, he was very professional & and spoke to me like we've know each other for year, he made me feel very comfortable. The store was clean & welcoming as I was greeted by all staff members. As he dove deeper into my account he found I was eligible for some major discounts, I got the new Samsung galaxy 23 the one w/ the cute lil pen and he helped me get extra lines for my family and a new table for my son Santiago. I will only go to this location for the excellent customer service I was provided. Thank you Guillermo and crew for helping me !!”

My only recommendation would be to not create pre- pre-determined desires based on vehicle or bike and always assume they have money so you don't have to climb uphill when you're selling or allow it to undermine your integrity about your products when there's other ones for the same price that are better. “7-11 is 7-11!!! I have no complaints about this location. I have had a few unpleasant experiences with random homeless over here but nothing too extreme. One plus about this place is there isn't constant loitering out in the front of the building.Also, one of the guys that works there is pretty cool. I've never gotten even the slightest hint of attitude or irritation from this guy! He apparently also loves to make jokes too.”

One cautious tip: Be careful to keep an eye out while waiting to make sure you don't mistakenly open your car for any crazies. This area of Fairfield is sadly a downhill battle. Anything to the right of the freeway is highly populated of drug users, with some having really erratic behaviors. Others can be suspiciously getting into criminal activity. Let's just say I once had a rando looking into my car and then realizing I was sitting in it.”
