Maintenance and staff are super responsive! In the best part of Vacaville! 5-10 minutes from most local businesses! LOVE IT HERE!”

“We lived at Sandpiper for a year while we were searching for a new home. It was a wonderful community and the staff in the office were very very friendly! It’s pet friendly which was ideal for us. The pool was a great way to cool off in the summers and not too busy either! The gym is small but they make do with the space they have. The secure package room was perfect. There was a burglary in the Mailbox room but that was by NO MEANS a regular thing. It is across the street from a school but It really wasn’t too hard to deal with plus there’s tons of great stores nearby! You have to try Burrito Palace’s breakfast burritos! Sandpiper does hit you with a few charges at move out but it’s pretty standard stuff. Definitely tour the place and give it a chance to win your heart over!”
