“Spoke to John & Bryan a lot on the phone. Very helpful. The car we came to view was the make and model we were looking for with a great price. I was honestly trying to nit pick issues with it but in the end couldn't find any. The test drive John made super easy for us and had the car ready when requested. They took the time to clean and detail the car which I have noticed big brand dealerships often do not do! The only issues I encountered was from my side of the purchasing process, where there was mis-communication on my banks behalf to get the check ready. Even though I wasn't able to purchase the same day, John knew I wanted it and decided to remove it off of listings and remove the sale tag on it. I didn't have to put anything down, no information on it or anything. Super easy! Leading up to the final Sale Brian reached out to me for details and information I needed for my bank to get the check processed. Brian was very quick and concise with all the information I needed and it took no more than 20 mins a request. Very quick in my opiniom. Overall I am glad ai walked away with this car and haven't looked back since. Thank you for the awesome sale and I'll be keeping an eye on the inventory in the future if I ever decide to buy again.”
“This may be the best mechanic I've ever used. A few years ago, my mini had a pulley issue when I was driving to a work meeting in the area, and I didn't know where to go. Last minute I find bmw mini md and they looked at it and fixed it right away. I have an older mini, a gen 1 convertible s, and mechanics are always trying to get me to do stuff that I don't need. Not here. Completely honest. No unnecessary work or charges. Always going the extra step to make sure I'm taken care of. I literally won't take my car anywhere else now. It's been about 4 or 5 years and they're the only ones I let touch my car. I don't live close by, but it's worth the trek for these guys. I bring it to them for everything. Cannot recommend them enough. Super knowledgeable, honest, timely, professional and also nice people. Take your mini or bmw here for sure.”

“I was greeted upon entering the establishment and received a reasonable quote for a wheel alignment service for my 2002 Subaru WRX wagon. Additionally, I had my lug nuts replaced. The work was completed promptly and the staff was courteous and professional. "J" is the man! Will be taking my gfs subaru to get her alignment and the 3 year warranty!”

“I made an online appointment, which was easy and convenient. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me promptly and courteously. Being that I was out of my area, I was unsure of the location due to the confirmation not having that info. Which I think would be ideal in case of locations that may be in close proximity. The technician added a paper floor mat and plastic seat cover to my car, which I thought was a nice touch. The waiting room was air-conditioned and clean, as was the available bathroom. Estimated waiting time was an hour. During my oil change, a technician informed me of various items that needed attention and provided a report detailing these concerns. They also provide photos of said concerns via the appointment scheduler. Definitely will be coming back again. Shout out to Marcos and Jaime for going above and beyond. Wheelchair ♿ access is right up front and they also have a after hours drop box.”

“Had a very slow leak in my driver's side rear. Arrived and was quickly greeted and they immediately worked on my tire. There was a metal screw which they removed and patched. Best fast/friendly service. They offered me coffee also as I waited. Would recommend them for quick repairs such as mine.”
