“I've owned 6 Mini Coopers over the last 23 years and enjoyed every one of them. During that time, the best people I've met and the best service I've had has been at BMW-Mini MD's in Upland. They are honest and upfront with their service, estimates, timeliness and quality. Two weeks ago I noticed oil on my garage floor from my 2010 Cooper S, so I put the car in for service. They did great work and were very thorough in explaining the work to be done and the reason for the leak. They're easy to talk to and detail oriented with the service. Lucky to have them in the area. “I made an online appointment, which was easy and convenient. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me promptly and courteously. Being that I was out of my area, I was unsure of the location due to the confirmation not having that info. Which I think would be ideal in case of locations that may be in close proximity. The technician added a paper floor mat and plastic seat cover to my car, which I thought was a nice touch. The waiting room was air-conditioned and clean, as was the available bathroom. Estimated waiting time was an hour. During my oil change, a technician informed me of various items that needed attention and provided a report detailing these concerns. They also provide photos of said concerns via the appointment scheduler. Definitely will be coming back again. Shout out to Marcos and Jaime for going above and beyond. Wheelchair ♿ access is right up front and they also have a after hours drop box.”
“Had some concerns about my tires regarding tread and a potential puncture. Just drove in and was taken care of immediately. The tech answered all my questions professionally and directly. Turns out everything is looking good for now, but I will definitely be coming back to this location when it comes time for new tires.”
“Awesome service by Navy! My wife and I were on the way home from a vacation in Big Bear when I discovered the engine splash shield on my Challenger was flapping and dragging on the freeway. I had recently gotten an oil change at one of the national chains, and the guys did not reattach it properly. Navy quickly popped it off for me so I could take care of it when I got back home to LA. With no charge and quick and friendly help in a stressful situation, I would be a regular customer if they weren't 30 miles from my home. Very recommended. Thanks again, Navy!”

“There must be a background before I tell you my opinion. 1965 Mustang, that was my father‘s in the 60s. I inherited it, my three sons drove it as their high school car and my grandson will now drive it. This car Is very special in our family. It has never been to a shop under my ownership, until now.. I did much research before I took it anywhere. Route 66 auto repair is where I landed and I am extremely satisfied with Frank and his staff. “The gentlemen at Mountain View Tire are fabulous. I had a blown tire and was driving on my spare Christmas Eve, I called to see if they could replace my blown tire before I drove home. It was 3:30 on Christmas Eve. They were closing at 4. They told me to come and they would take care of me. I arrived 20 minutes before they closed. They not only took care of my tire, they made sure that I was ok. They were kind and efficient. I left theee just after 4 and was able to get home safely. Thank you for taking care of of my car for me!”

“They were fantastic.i went to have the vehicle checked for a leaking head gasket and similar criteria relating to gaskets relating to intake as well .it is a $70 process. When I returned on about an hour and a half I signed the completed work order and a charge of$0.00 was stated unbelievable , in these pandemic hard times.i couldn't have had a better ending to my day”
