“This business seems to be a mom and pop " family " ran store which I love they have sandwiches sold here but I have not tried yet but soon. I would rather come to a store like this then a corporate ran store these places make you feel more welcome comes it comes from the heart. Thank you”

If you want your meat extra marinated, buy it the day before you’ll be cooking it and let it sit in the marinade over night.”

“Lumper unloading me was great. I was the third truck and within 30 minutes bumped the dock. Blind side back but the lumper will spot all he asks is you listen to him. Painless process and he knew exactly how to get you in with no pull-ups at all. $100 lumper fee for 11 pallets that cheap comparatively speaking.”

“There is stock of day-to-day perishable products. I have only ever had a problem when entering, they do not allow me the Scooter, much less my backpack. There should at least be a locker to store belongings. Please note that I know that I cannot and should not walk in the hallways with this vehicle, but at least leave it in a safe place within the premises.”

Tamales to make your head spin from the varieties or the choices you have. Cardenas is truly the bomb ? for Mexican food. Definitely it’s not what you get in Mexico because if you been to Mexico you know grocery stores have everything including the coconut bricks. But Cardenas tops every Mexican market in the States. Even the champurrado was good quality and tasted good from the deli, and the small size was huge. I will always go to Cardenas if I see one, I’ll go look around even I don’t need to purchase anything.”

I was confused on what I needed to make something and she help me find the ingredients I needs and helped more with what to add to make it better. she was a sweet heart and very nice.”
“I was amazed at how huge this market is. It is huge, roomy, and very clean. While visiting my observations were that the workers keep very busy working, cleaning, organizing, and much more. Help is not far away. I ordered a breakfast burrito and had the full package (onions, cilantro, red salsa, beans, rice, and chorizo,...). I also had a Sprite (suggested by my server a nice woman with glasses). I forgot her name but she was helpful, courteous, friendly and fast. I saw so very much I will be back!In response to the owner:Thank you! My review is honest, factual, and unbiased. When I give such a positive review it is earned. I have been to several Cardenas Markets and this one is the best! To be fair all the others are older and smaller. The employees are always good but this market was better.”

“I tried this market for the first time. Its a small market compared to others such as VONS or ALBERTSONS. It may be because they have a section for freshly made food and a seating area. I felt the items available were a bit limited. However the prices on vegetables were good. I would probably come here for the produce. The cashier was nice. I didn't try any of the food but im sure it's delicious! I'll update if I try the food.”

“Nice Mediterranean Market with a wide variety of things you won't find at TJ's or Sprouts. The meat counter is impressive and the surprise bonus is they make absolutely delicious food to go!!! The portions are big enough for two and the price is nearly 1/2 of the local Mediterranean restaurants and every bit as good. So if you're willing to take it home to eat this is the place!”
