“Great variety of Mexican foods. It’s almost like Mexico if you go here. Their cooked food is good too. So many things you can’t find anywhere else. Tamales to make your head spin from the varieties or the choices you have. Cardenas is truly the bomb ? for Mexican food. Definitely it’s not what you get in Mexico because if you been to Mexico you know grocery stores have everything including the coconut bricks. But Cardenas tops every Mexican market in the States. Even the champurrado was good quality and tasted good from the deli, and the small size was huge. I will always go to Cardenas if I see one, I’ll go look around even I don’t need to purchase anything.”

“I tried this market for the first time. Its a small market compared to others such as VONS or ALBERTSONS. It may be because they have a section for freshly made food and a seating area. I felt the items available were a bit limited. However the prices on vegetables were good. I would probably come here for the produce. The cashier was nice. I didn't try any of the food but im sure it's delicious! I'll update if I try the food.”

“Cárdenas Market is a great place for grocery shopping. It is very spacious, clean, and inviting with scenery on the walls in each department. The Hispanic flare is noted throughout, especially with its own tortilla kitchen viewable from the store. Produce is fresh and well displayed. Bakery, deli, and meat departments are all super clean with a variety of quality products. The atmosphere is unique and special and worth a visit just for the experience. Highly recommended.”
