“I had a great experience at the Super 8 Upland Ontario. The staff was friendly and accommodating, they made sure everything was clean and comfortable for me during my stay. I got the jacuzzi room and it was very nice to relax and enjoy for a few days. Thank you!Food & drinks: They offer complementary breakfast and juice is available all day in the office. This location is close to many restaurants and convenience stores, and I couldn’t hear the freeway inside the room.”

“1/14/2024Went to Anime Impulse. Happening at the same time was Sneaker Expo, K-Play Fest, and Asian American Expo. Plenty of choice for food, but they were from $10-$25 in range. Many different type of Asian Street food was available (except for Street food prices). It was fun, but I did not stay for long due to being a bit tired. Maybe I will go both Saturday and Sunday for the event. Note: Parking went up from $14 (last year) to $18.”

“I had a room on the 3rd floor that had loud noise from the roof due to the EVAC system. I was out during the day, and it was tolerable, However, I was impressed with two things: the quality of the on-site restaurant and the friendly service by the staff. Not sure why, but staffs seemed enjoying their job and smiled more than other properties. Highly recommended. Oh, try their house hamburger; it was delicious.”

“This place is horribly managed by DAVID & LORINEA. I highly recommend you to avoid speaking with both if you want to be taken care of with professionalism. Both MUST be replaced ASAP.I’ll be contacting corporate to make sure this happens.I’m open to answering questions to the public of the exact details.”

“My husband and I stay here every year when we come in town for a special annual car show in Pomona. It's a great deal for a great space. Clean and comfortable. Free wifi and breakfast! Parking right in front of the rooms. The service is very friendly and there's tons around.”

“Stayed at this hotel for one night and everything was great. No loud noises the suite was immaculate and the service was great !! Not to mention the heated pool. Melissa in the front desk is super nice and helpful. Would really recommend. The rooms are clean and spacious!”

“I have stayed in a lot of Marriott brand hotels and dozens of Residence Inns over many years. This one stands out as being one of the more nicely appointed hotels: lovely rooms, lounge area, lounge, and patio with a fire pit. I have experienced exceptional service at many Marriott locations, but on this visit the service was exemplary. The staff was unfailingly accommodating and friendly with all guests.Specifically, I traveled to Ontario, California to visit with my mother who was not doing well. She died while I was in transit. When I arrived at the hotel early, they did not have a room available. However, when I explained the situation to them, they had us in a room within a few minutes. That in itself was most appreciated, but they did not stop there. They gave me a flower arrangement with beautiful white roses, a touching sympathy card signed by everyone, and a gift bag with soothing items such as lotion, a scented candle, a comfy blanket and a little travel kit.I am so very grateful to the people who work at this hotel for making a difficult time much easier for me. I give them a 10++ rating.”

“The Holiday Express Inn was excellent. Clean and quiet room, awesome feee breakfast, free Keurig coffee in the room with a microwave. I had outpatient surgery at Kaiser Ontario right down the street, so we stayed one night.Close to many eateries.I would stay there again in a heartbeat.Rooms: We had two very comfortable queen beds. Fresh and clean.Food & drinks: Close to many eateries. Within a couple if minutes.”

“Clean, super fantastic staff, Jacuzzi very soothing, pool freezing this time of year... Complimentary breakfast was a treat. Bed comfy! Shower and bathtub nice. Great prices for what you receive. Eating and shopping and entertainment like Top golf and Bowling very close...”

“Honestly - I'm so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The boyfriend and I (locals) needed a quick night out... well... more like a fun-time night. Let me list some pros and cons:Pros (because let's start off with positivity)- the price. Can't beat it.- the cleanliness. The bedding was so clean and soft and comfortable. There were no signs of roaches or mice. And honestly, the way the hotel looks you kind of think these kind of critters will be here.- the quietness. We were so undisturbed. - check-in. Quick, fast and easy.- Roomy! So much room for activities.Cons (I had to think about this because I didn't have any at first) - I said cleanliness was a pro HOWEVER I usually walk around hotels with chanclas on but my bf walks barefoot. Although I felt like our room was clean, his feet were BLACK by the end of the night. - The couch.... yeah, we didn't use it because it seems a lot of people have used it in the past if you know what I mean. It was stained pretty bad.Overall, as long as the bed was clean and there were no bed bugs then that's all that matters. It's a pretty decent place to rest your head or get your groove on.”

“Overall, a very decent stay. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Room was amazing. The complimentary breakfasts were ok but I was disappointed due to lack of a waffle maker. Be careful when leaving in the early morning. I understood the reason why it's only card access after hours. Homeless people tend to lurk outside the lobby of the hotel”

“The common areas were nice and clean and staff was friendly, but the rooms were probably the worst Hilton rooms we have ever stayed in. There were stains on the carpet, everything was very old and dated, the toilet and refrigerator were both loud and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. It would be impossible for 2 grown adults to sleep comfortably on these mattresses with springs poking us and a big dip in the middle. It was a very bad night with not much sleep and for that reason we will not stay at this Hilton again.”

“This hotel was fabulous. The rooms, interior areas, exterior areas, and pool/hottub were incredibly clean. There are lots of areas to relax, a great breakfast is provided, and the location was fantastic. Tons of food nearby within walking distance, and the area was nice and quiet. The best part was the level of customer service from the staff from start to finish. Every person we dealt with from our initial phone call to checking out had a smile and seemed genuinely concerned that we were being taken care of. Shout out and huge thank you to Monet, Joyce, and Brittany! They went above and beyond for us during our stay. One of the best hotel experiences we've had in quite a while. We could not have asked for more from the property or staff. We will happily recommend and be back!”

“Rooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were there for 3 days and initially only given towels and washcloths for one day. We reused what we could but after requesting more clean towels 3 different times and never had any brought up to our room. My husband did go to the front desk and picked up a few towels to get us through. I assume perhaps there was a staffing issue?Breakfast was simple but good.”

“Front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The room was surprisingly large and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a variety of food and servers actually served you the food...I liked that. (No dirty fingers reaching in to get the food).”

“It was a good hotel has breakfast in the mornings,room service is good, parking is always accessible, and there is not that much noise.Rooms: We had a dog so every day they would go clean up the room.Nearby activities: They have a Dennys right next to the hotel. Wendys,Subway,Circle K, ect on the other side of the street.Food & drinks: They have put out breakfast in the morning which is so good.”

“Had some important receipts and free breakfast cards thrown away. Dirty towels were removed but not replaced by their cleaning service. Management was great about resolving the issues the best they could.”

“During our recent stay at Springhill Suites in Ontario, we were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the breakfast area and quality of the food. The Hostess Beverly paid great attention to keeping food items stocked and areas clean as soon as guests left. She was warm and friendly and very professional.”

“I can't comment on my stay because I never actually made it to this hotel. My review comes from their reservations department, who say what you want to hear just to make a reservation, and the lack of customer service I've received over the phone with this location. I booked a stay at this hotel through my credit cards website that was non-refundable. My flight got changed to LAX and I didn't want to drive 2 hrs out of my way so I called this hotel directly to see if I could change the reservation closer to LAX. I have since found out that I got transferred to a call center and they told me they could cancel this reservation and book a new one at the Hawthorne Holiday Inn. After my stay at the other hotel I noticed this reservation never got credited back to me. I have called a total of 4 times and wasted over 3 hrs on the phone. Spoken to reservations, guest services, a so called manager, and the front desk. I have been hung up on twice (once by the manager), transferred multiple times, and finally told by the front desk that the call center employees don't work for Holiday Inn and what they told me is not accurate and they're not responsible for what I was told. They basically told me that the only way I would get my reservation refunded is to file a complaint through my credit card. The front desk clerk even went as far as to tell me much worse had happened to other people by their reservation department, like that would make me feel better. It just proves that there is an issue and no one cares enough to fix it. I will not be staying at any IHG hotel ever again. They lie to you and when you try to fix it everyone points the finger at someone else.”

“The front desk personnel were the one of the friendliest, courteous and professionalsI have encountered.I spent a lot of time traveling earning Titanium Platinum status with Bonvoy (Marriot properties).The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to get me and my family checked in though it was very late in the night. Instead finding the easy way for them, they chose to deal with my situation so that we had a room for our stay (we didn't have a reservation at the time).The hotel is very clean, gym super nice and the complimentary breakfast was on point both in cleanliness and choices.Our room was well kept, clean and well stocked.Plenty of parking and clean. Felt really safe at this location.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Credit card hold/deposit for $250 is still lingering on my account almost 3 weeks after my stay even though it has been "released". No damages. No problems. No reason to still have the hold in place......They constantly push the blame to others and refuse to fix the problem by reversing the hold.”

“This hotel is right in front of an outlet mall. There is also a wide selection of places to eat, and both highway 10 and 15 are very close. The staff is super friendly. The only downfall is the breakfast is not included, otherwise I enjoyed my stay.*Edit: I was not able to connect to their WI-FI with both Android and iPhone. The front desk was not able to help me and suggested I call their internet provider? I spent the days unable to work from my room. Very disappointing”

“My stay at this hotel was less than desirable. Both nights in the hotel there were numerous families as other guests and the children were allowed to run up and down hallways and knock on other guests doors. They would run through the stairwells - so thank god there wasn’t an emergency and the stairwells weren’t needed for exits. This noise and disruption went well into the night both nights. In addition to this the staff did nothing to fix the problem at the time, nor did they make any accommodations to other guests because of it. This was their response to me - “I understand the situation from last night can be frustrating and has caused issues and sorry that you experienced that. It was very out of control last night and did our best to address it but it did prove difficult.” This was unacceptable and if they can’t control things like this then they need to add staff or do something. This impacts their guests comfort and safety - essentially the main things they are responsible for. I do not recommend this hotel in any way - Side note: the desk person who checked me in was very nice. The rest were unhelpful and rudeRooms: Ok but can use and updateSafety: Emergency exits were constantly disrupted by running children”

“We stayed here one night and had a great night of rest! Clean and spacious rooms, fast check in and complimentary water bottles provided. We also forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste but were kindly given some at the front desk! If we ever find ourselves in the area, we will definitely stay again.”

“I meant to write this review earlier. The staff and hotel were AMAZING to work with! My brother Mitch lost a bet and had to check into the hotel dressed in a silly Donald Duck costume, as well as visit some friends in the area. Victoria, Michael and their team helped us prank him. They seemed to really enjoy laughing at Mitch in this embarrassing Donald Duck costume as he had to wait in the bar, dance around, make a couple of trips to the front desk, and generally humiliate himself in front of the staff and guests, LOL!!They have invited us back and we hope that we are able to have Mitch do something similar.Also, the rooms and service were great! 5 STARS!!!”

“Stayed for only one night at the Hampton Inn.The checked in process was smoothly, the room was spacious I love it! They served Hot coffee and tea all day at the lobby.This hotel included with continental breakfast which was nice.”
