“This hotel was fabulous. The rooms, interior areas, exterior areas, and pool/hottub were incredibly clean. There are lots of areas to relax, a great breakfast is provided, and the location was fantastic. Tons of food nearby within walking distance, and the area was nice and quiet. The best part was the level of customer service from the staff from start to finish. Every person we dealt with from our initial phone call to checking out had a smile and seemed genuinely concerned that we were being taken care of. Shout out and huge thank you to Monet, Joyce, and Brittany! They went above and beyond for us during our stay. One of the best hotel experiences we've had in quite a while. We could not have asked for more from the property or staff. We will happily recommend and be back!”

“The front desk personnel were the one of the friendliest, courteous and professionalsI have encountered.I spent a lot of time traveling earning Titanium Platinum status with Bonvoy (Marriot properties).The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to get me and my family checked in though it was very late in the night. Instead finding the easy way for them, they chose to deal with my situation so that we had a room for our stay (we didn't have a reservation at the time).The hotel is very clean, gym super nice and the complimentary breakfast was on point both in cleanliness and choices.Our room was well kept, clean and well stocked.Plenty of parking and clean. Felt really safe at this location.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“So I found this motel 6 on Expedia and it is probably one of the more better motel 6 is I have stayed at when you come in they treat you like family not customers housekeeping always make sure the rooms are exactly as they should be and they are quick to help you if you need anything so I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area come show them some love”

“Came here for a weekend conference. Hotel is convenient near the airport. They have a free shuttle so you don't need a car if you are not planning to go anywhere else. Hotel is large so depending on where your room is it can be a good walk to the conference rooms. They have a Starbucks onsite, but if you like your Starbucks app or gift cards, they do not take any of those.”

“I've been staying in area hotels for work lately and this one is my absolute favorite. Very clean, fresh looking rooms with the property very closely resembling a beautiful resort. I wanted to update my review since the bar was open this time and I spent my night with the LOVELY MARIA at the bar. She was so sweet and made the absolute best old fashioned I've ever had! Definitely a bang for your buck to stop by Mr. J's bar and grill in the lobby.”

“This location was very convenient. It sits near the interstate and is in walking distance to eateries and shopping.The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The front office staff was professional and the housekeeping staff was amazing.I enjoyed my stay here and I felt safe in this location which had plenty of parking available.Rooms: My room was clean and spacious. “My family and I booked a room for three nights due to our house being renovated. Upon arrival, there was a blue truck with a knife inside the driver side window like someone was trying to break in. We did notify the security guard outside but I doubt anything would happen based off his body language.The check in process was pretty smooth and easy to get our room. The front desk attendant explained everything in detail and was responsive to all questions we had. We have a family of 6 and booked a 2 bed with a couch sofa to accommodate everyone. When we pulled out the couch bed for my son, it was beyond disgusting and we took pictures of it . There was no way on earth I would let my son sleep on such filth. Continuing our inspection of the room, there was mold growing behind the picture frames inside the bathroom. I suspect it was growing due to the bathroom fan not working as good to fight the steam from the shower. The room was under my wife’s name but I went to the front desk to voice these concerns and stated I needed to talk to upper management or a manager. The front desk worker said the manager wouldn’t get in until 1100 and would offer a different room if needed but I declined because if it’s in one room, the chances are it could be in the next. We did get refunded our money and checked out.My wife called back around 1115 to speak to the manager whose name was “Kim” but she didn’t answer. She ended up leaving a voicemail but no one has called back and it’s now been a whole day later.”

“The room was NOT as pictured--Far from it-The overstuffed chair had a huge hole in it with batting coming out-the lamp shade was hanging by a thread-the window screen was hanging off so we could not open the window-the dispensers were empty in the shower-and the free breakfast was a joke. The elevator was broken and more. Not what is shown in the photos.”
