I wish I had his last name, but I am sure they ill know who he is. My grandpa was in Law Enforcement for 40 years. I had to assist with getting my grandpa's account set up with an online profile. Jack was very patient and professional during the whole process. He ran into some technical difficulties and was able to ask if he could call us back. 30 Min and BAM! Phone call came in. He accomplished the task at hand and I couldn't have been more pleased. This man deserves a raise! Great job Jack the world needs more of you!”

“I've been with FFCU since 1997 and have ALWAYS received the best service plus no monthly account fees. I have purchased 2 cars through their loan dept with interest rates that could not be beat. Best is the online app--extremely easy to use and always accessible--love being able to deposit checks online--with my phone. My Iphone has face recognition, so unless I'm wearing my mask, I can easily check my account balances, transfer funds, etc. Can't understand the other reviewers that say their money is not accessible Mine always is.”

The office was decorated, as well many employees were in festive costumes. We had what turned out to be somewhat confusing and rather tricky documents that needed to be notarized. Our transaction wasn't initially smooth sailing. We indeed had fits and starts. With Cece's calm and professional demeanor from start to finish, we understood our documents to an even greater extent, signed, dated and had our signatures notarized. The Ontario, CA branch is not our home office. Many kudos to Cece and her manager for their diligence and insistence upon fully understanding our documents before proceeding with the notarization duties. “I've had my ups and downs at many banks before, this ones no different in my eyes. Some days I go in and the service is amazing. Other days it's mediocre. Just shows me that we're all human. Anyhow I've open a business account here and so far so good. My only issue would be to update their app. And the way they print on their issued bank cards. Most days I'm welcome and greeted nicely. By all the tellers, I'm hoping the manager can start to be a little more friendly to the customers that come inside. By greeting us with a smile and things of that nature. We love our community & we want to support our community bank as well.”

“I was looking for auto loan rates and found that Arrowhead was the lowest by far. I applied for membership on a Wednesday, was approved by Thursday morning, applied for the auto loan Thursday afternoon and had an approval by Thursday afternoon. Friday morning I went to the branch to sign loan docs with Jazlyn Tafoya (who was very nice btw), picked up my check and then went straight to the dealer where I was buying the car. The process was very fast and easy. I highly recommend this credit union...and thanks for the help Jazlyn!”
