I was about to purchase one of 1lb pre-made boxes, but instead picked my own chocolates and filled my own box. I am so glad I did I got to get exactly only what I wanted: the scotch mallow, coconut, 2 different kinds of caramels lots of just those flavors. The kind employee helping us gave me a free sample of the Bridge mix, and I have just found my new favorite candy!! After all these years I never tried this, and I am just beside myself in delight of this newly discovered treat!!”

She took her time to ask us questions and figure out what we liked and didn't like when making our custom box. We do have a closer location to where we live but we'd rather drive the extra 15 minutes for the customer service alone.”

“I stopped at this establishment with my pup to treat myself for my birthday and had a great experience! It is located in The Claremont Village(SE corner of Yale and Bonita) which is a very nice and friendly area. Upon walking in, I was greeted and given a warm welcome. The interior is so fun and inviting, like an old fashioned sweet shop. I can totally see this place being a wonderful treat or incentive for children and adults(hey, I was in heaven!). I looked around at the options they had to offer and was delightfully overwhelmed! So many in-house made candy(chocolates, toffee etc.), candy apples, chocolate dipped treats, great selection of unique ice cream flavors, old fashioned packaged candy, modern packaged candy, fun toy candy, and a nice selection of Easter Baskets. I finally made my mind up, and opted for a scoop of Lavender Blueberry ice cream, with whipped cream and sprinkles, and a roll of old school "Charms" candy. I took a seat(there's a fair amount of indoor seating) after paying for my purchase and got right to trying my ice cream. The Ice Cream: so creamy and delicious! I can taste both the lavendar and blueberry. The whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles added a very nice touch! The Charms candy: just as yummy as I remembered! I was actually super excited to find these here! After finishing my ice cream, I took some more time to walk around and enjoy the displays of all they have to offer. To be honest, I was scoping out what I will have on my next visit LOL! The employees were so attentive, friendly, and happy to serve. I can tell Bert and Rocky's holds a high standard to who they employ. Thank you Bert and Rocky's and your charming staff for a wonderful Birthday experience!”

“I stopped by this place on my way out from eating sushi a couple doors down, and my goodness was it the best thing I could've ever done. This place has the best and rare mexican candies most stores don't have, their prices are super reasonable & their chamoy/tajin covered candy's are the bomb! They're not too spicy, and not too sour, and for the price you pay it comes with a lot. The young girl who helped me with my purchase was very nice & even helped us find items we thought they didn't carry. The customer service was top notch, and the decor is SUPER cute inside. I noticed they advertise custom piñatas so I'll definitely be returning for that AND for more candy!”

“A Kline's customer service has met a new low I never thought they could be capable of. I came in the first week of December to place my fudge order for Christmas Eve. I was refused for no good reason. I left a message for the manager on Facebook with my phone number asking them why and I just heard crickets in return. I have been such a good loyal customer for years. Their apathy us truly disgusting. I won't be back. If you need to order fudge for Christmas, I recommend Logan's. Kline no longer cares about their clients.”

“Old Chinese gate Checkin need retirement(kind of rude), but anything else super nice, unloader super friend n nice guy n super fast, Checkin lady inside very nice n polite, they strict by appointment, I had 10 am appointment, give me dock 10am n checkout 10:20am fabulous n clean faculty, very clean restroom inside, dock are little tight but not hard to back in. ?”
