“My fiancé and I went in in tonight and the customer service was absolutely phenomenal! Lori was so kind and knowledgeable about everything in the store. She took her time to ask us questions and figure out what we liked and didn't like when making our custom box. We do have a closer location to where we live but we'd rather drive the extra 15 minutes for the customer service alone.”

“Just received my first order by mail. Fast shipping and the girl that took my order was wonderful. Only bad thing is I live in Illinois and can't get to the store on a regular basis.
