“I so I just actually walked out of this branch because my mom had fraud on her account and we had to reorder a new card and make updates to her account I just want to Thank Tabitha for being sooooo NICE! she truly helped my mom & I out she gave us information on how the claim status works and she was very patient she showed compassion and that means a lot her Customer Service was truly OUTSTANDING!!! I was greatful that we received her help I now feel more comfortable with my moms account after all this fraudulent activity!!! “Today went into this Chaffey C.U. This is my first time coming into this Chaffey. I used to go to the one on Azusa. Tricia, the teller assisted me today. Tricia was courteous, nice and very thoughtful. I conducted my transaction. She even wished me a happy belated birthday and asked what did I do. We had a very nice talk. After completing my transaction, she even reminded me not to forget my cane.They even have coin machine. If you have alot of coins, check them out.I would recommend this Chaffey Credit Union. “I have had a Charles Schwab Checking and Brokerage accounts for several years.. The reason I have their accounts is for International travel. Do all my business online and have never had a problem, I didn't even know they had in person service. So my 4 stars is for Online. It is apparent( from Reviews) that the Branch service is Systemically Broken. That is not acceptable.”
“I've only been to this Wells Fargo Bank in Upland maybe once or twice. It's really not on my way to my Mom's house or on my way home. But if I happen to be in the vicinity and I need to get some banking transactions taken care of, then I'll drop in.Anyway, it's a decent size bank. Not too many bank tellers available when I was here. Luckily, I wasn't in a hurry to get some place otherwise I would have went somewhere else. I normally don't walk into a bank to get stuff done unless I have to. I prefer to use the ATM... it's just more convenient. Staff was okay. Transaction was smooth.Don't know when I'll be back again.
