Exceptional customer service. I ship every day and have use many different post office locations in the past. I have to say that this Tustin, CA location is by far the best I have used. Always friendly, always helpful, always professional.

It’s a busy location and short staff, but I appreciate them for all they do. I went there before the closing hour, they closed the store and helped everyone in the store. I understand the staff shortage but they are always helpful and apologetic about long wait time. I appreciate them.

Just dropped in there yesterday and had a pretty good experience as usual. Got through line in just under 45 minutes. It's a madhouse as expected during the holiday season!
