“If you ever need a reliable, fast and, informative roadside assistance technician these are the guys. My battery fell dead randomly and I called the guys at Lacoste, I had my car up and back running within 35mins and that’s including the initial phone call. I thought I was about to have to wait for at least an hour if they even come based off my previous dealing with big companies like AAA. “I sure will be back! I brought my '13 Avalon for a much needed front struts' replacement, and I'm delighted with the work done. I chose to give this place a chance based on the detailed reviews it had, and I can tell you I made the right decision; My car model isn't as common, so buying aftermarket parts isn't much of an option. I have trust issues handing out these expensive OEM parts that cost so much, as I've had issues with multiple mechanics in the past, but let me tell you, Irving and his team have earned my trust, as they answered all my questions and showed me the used parts. “Wonderful service from the receptionists. We had an issue where they didn’t receive their payment because my insurance sent the check to the wrong bodyshop. They were very patient with us throughout the process, Joel was incredibly helpful in speaking to my insurance adjuster about the situation and they worked it out (Larry, my adjuster can be a hardass). The best we managed to do was sent an email with a picture confirmation that the check had been mailed. I feel terribly sorry that because my actions, we stalled their payment for what is going to be weeks from now but still they let me go to take my car. Beyond kind and professional, who did a wonderful job on the front right of my lexus. I love you guys and wish you the best!”

“All the folks at Top Finish are top notch! My C8 Corvette was hit from behind and was very, very concerned who would do the repair. After investigating several shops in OC and LA area, I decided with Top Finish and now that I have my car back I see I made the right call. They were just as concerned as I was and totally went the extra mile. The repair is perfect and guaranteed for life and returned beautifully detailed, polished and waxed. Due to parts shortages, because of the UAW strike, there were some parts not available and Top Finish found a temporary 3rd party muffler until the genuine Chevrolet muffler arrived 3 months later and reinstalled at no extra charge. I was able to drive my Precious during those 3 months. I am extremely pleased with the results and service and highly recommend them.”
