“For the first time ever, we had to rent a storage unit - putting our "half move" into local storage so we have access to it when the "other half move" happens those items will be unavailable.
From the moment we walked into the location, greeted with a warm "hello", we were able to rent the 5x5 unit, have the items delivered and within less than an hour we drove away feeling extremely satisfied. Our items are in a very clean, air conditioned and safe place. Access to the unit is simple (on the first floor) and when there is a question staff will happily respond. I feel good about this transaction.”

“We stored our RV here for about a month and had a great experience. Jessica, the office manager, was super helpful and gave us all the information we needed to get set-up. She was very responsive and flexible when we potentially needed to extend our stay. The price was also reasonable, especially for the area. We'd use this facility again if we ever need.”
“What a great experience! My first attempt with U-HAUL was so screwed up with a different location, but I finally got a qualified U-HAUL corporate person to switch my reservation to Tustin. I am SOOOOO glad they did. When I first got there, Jocelyn helped, and if you go to this location, ask for her! She was great, calm, and got our order on track. When I returned the truck days later, the staff was friendly, prompt and professional. They basically turned a regretted reservation into a win, and I recommend them.”

One clerk, Jose, was typing up an order while barked out the truck ID to his fellow worker who grabbed the key and took off to get the truck ready for take off. As I rounded the counter, Jose pivoted and held open the door to the garage then he started running after me to the truck for last minute mirrors adjustments and a quick equipment check. Then a salute before take off. What an epic experience!”
