He was on point w appeasing and fulfilling all customer needs w/o any issues. Vehicles were moved swiftly to the techs for service in complete precision! Talk about ? customer service! WOW! Service of my vehicle perfect, all needs addressed as well as future concerns to be needed. I even saw an Audi being serviced today. “My rear right tire picked up a nail on the 5 freeway at the end of the day. Called to see if they could help & service was quick but, understandably, they wouldn’t be able to fix or swap my wheel out until the following morning. Before they closed they gave me a courtesy call with photos of where they found the nail & gave me a few options to replace my wheel since the original tire wasn’t fixable. Came in this morning & was able to easily pick my car up. The whole time Moses provided great service.”

“This was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a car. I was looking for an all black 2025 CT4 Cadillac and found one at Tustin Cadillac. The only problem was that I live 3 hours away from the dealership and I have a little boy with autism. I called and Spoke to Jimmy the manager and explained my situation. Jimmy was great and after talking to him I felt that I was in good hands.
Alex was my salesman and I can tell that he had my best interest. He was extremely patient and sincere. The finance process was quick and I didn’t feel pressured. I had a trade in and they were very fair with the value.

“After a series of unfortunate events, I found myself with a car that bounced like a horse (my kids enjoyed it) and all sorts of lights on. My parents had always used this place to get work done on their cars and have raved about it for years. I should’ve listened to them when they first told me to bring the car in here, but instead tried to handle it on my own. One issue after another and not knowing much about cars, I asked the owner, Dave, to level with me. I explained my situation and asked him to level with me, As if I were his favorite sister.
While he can make no guarantees, he told me what he would do, And offered to work with me. Putting both our defenses aside, we found a middle ground and hoped for the best. 24 to 48 hours later, he let me know the car was ready for pick up.
Due to some foreseen Issues, I had to leave it there for a few extra days, and not once did the owner complain. When I finally picked up the vehicle, it drove like a dream.
A business owner who is able to be sensitive to a customer’s needs is more of what this world needs to see. Far too often, greed takes over this industry and the after effect can be tragic. If you’re looking for work done on your car, With honest and reasonable quotes, This is your place.

“Even though I didn't want to buy a new car because the economy sucks right now and everything is ridicuously overpriced and marked up tenfold. I forked up my savings and headed over to Tustin Mazda dealership. Even though they couldn't offer the price I had in mind I still had a wonderful experience-- we were greeted promptly the first minute we arrived. Very nice place, very clean, staff is very polite and attentive, especially Larry Henderson and Sammy. Best salesmans' I've ever met. They worked with us and made the process of getting my new CX-50 very smooth! Thanks Larry for guiding/helping us set up the Mazda app and car settings in detail. Associates were very thoughtful and offered beverages and snacks while we were there. Debbie, from finance, no pressure from the add-ons that was a plus, which we truly appreciate.
The next day my sister noticed dirty spots on the interior top fabric of the car. I reached out to Larry and he was so kind. He told me to bring the car back in and they will clean it for me and balance out my tire pressure and they did just that. Thank you Larry and Mazda detailing staff!
