She offered to transfer my files to the new laptop to make the switch over easier for me (I am not techy). I have a son in the military (Italy) who was advising me before I stopped in, so afterwards I shared with him what was purchased, and he said that was a great price for all my needs. He compared it to amazon, best buys, etc. I would recommend Staples to because they listen to my needs and took great care to make it happen.”
