“Up here in the sticks you have a few great options for USPS service. Groveland has a tiny post office down the hill on the way back to the valley before Priest. Yet this one is the "big one" in the area. Large private lot, modern facility and they can do express no problem. My package got from here to NYC using overnight express in just 16 hours. It would almost seem as if a truck would have had to start taking my package back down to the valley and then to an airport before I could have even got there that fast. Pretty amazing. Friendly staff and they seem to be able to help you best when you already know how to address and ship a package. Go figure.”
“Haylee is an absolute gem. She is thorough, bright, articulate and follows direction like no other! Trying to do business over the phone and get important tax documents executed and faxed would appear preposterous when you are over a thousand miles away. Not with this gal! “The staff gets 4 stars and that’s a good review, but they definitely have made a couple fiasco’s for me because people do not listen, but whatever. Not going to get into that on here.Id rather give zero stars because the lobby doors are locked at 6pm, which is Ridiculous, retarded and an inconvenience.I remember before covid you could get off work late and the lobby would be open until 9pm.My new work boots are locked up and I cant get to them. Very frustrating.”
