“We just didn’t understand the process, it’s such a difficult thing to deal with, and so we had questions that only an autopsy would answer. Why did my family member pass away so suddenly? Why aren’t “they” doing an autopsy? Sure, my dad had a bad heart condition, but this felt so suddenly that we needed exact and accurate answers.
1800 Autopsy helped us find the answers we needed, and we are now able to have his death certificate changed.
They called us with the report fast, and explained that the actual report would take some time to get to us, which was fine. I would highly recommend 1800 Autopsy if you need answers.”

“My phlebotomist was Martha and let me tell y’all I HATE needles and I had about 8 panels I needed to fill when I tell y’all she had me laughing so hard the rest was over in a jiffy. When I walked in (I had an appointment) I check-in with the kiosk and was seen right away! I highly recommend this location for your blood testing needs.”

“Eddy was my technician. He was positive, professional and patient. The facility was clean and my room was large and had a pleasant recliner which I barely used.The up to 10-business day turnaround time for the result seems long to me, however I don’t know the degree of work involved.I used my Apple Watch to also record my test night sleep. Eddy did provide some feedback that indicated that my test-night result generally fit the pattern reported by my watch app.Recommend.”

“the building by it self it was very clean, the unit 205 where they take blood, it was very clean with many chairs to seat and wait, i like the self checking system, and the person who helped me, i guess her name was Lilit, i didnt ask her name i just heard her name from other workes. she was very nice with great attitude and patient with me.”

“This location is really great and stood out from the other locations I visited to get drug tested for a new job. I was really nervous I wouldn’t make it on time as all online appointments were booked out and it was the last day for me to take the test. I went to other locations and the staff wasn’t as warm and welcoming as this location. Not to mention, they were not accommodating for walk-ins but this location was.Barbara checked me in and did my drug test. She had great customer service and managed multiple people’s needs with kindness, ease and grace. I really appreciated her getting everyone in and the wait wasn’t too long. Thank you Barbara for a great experience and I’ll know to come straight to the Burbank location for any future needs.”

So, no one likes having to get labs done, but the testing part isn't terrible. I've been here several times and the staff has always been professional and good at what they do.
I will say, however, they are always packed, which makes parking and the waiting room a nightmare. Trying to get a walk-in appointment isn't impossible, but you're MUCH better off making an appointment.”

The two women that work there did an amazing job. They were great with my baby, and were quick with the blood drawing. Overall a really great experience.”
