“My experience with this Labcorp was nothing but pleasant! The staff are quite friendly and the office clean and not crowded. I made an appointment through the Labcorp app for my regular bloodwork and voila! Right on the dot they took me in, poked and done in a jiffy! The technician who helped me did her job expeditiously and carefully, you can really tell she has done this a million times! No soon that she poked the needle in my arms, it was off almost to the blink of an eye (ok.. maybe 6 blinks lol) Overall, I highly recommend this Labcorp but I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment.”

“Just had testing done here at the location in Glendale for insurance purposes. The building was easy to find (the one pictured) and parking right across the street was inexpensive and easy to access. The cast of parking was $1.50 an hour. I paid for the full hour just in case my appointment ran long. You can pay using quarters or the dollar coins, or use card. The elevator was still being repaired, but when I got to the staircase I ran into a kind woman who I asked if the suite was up there and she gave me directions ( exit first floor upturn left, take first right and it's the last door to the right.) there weren't any clients inside. I just walked up to the front desk and Jonathan told me he'd be right with me after confirming my appointment. It was a short wait (3 minutes). Before I go on, I should mention that I'm super anxious having blood drawn and Jonathan did an excellent job making me comfortable. He asked me some medical questions which was the longest part of the appointment. The questionnaire was a standard medical questionnaire and Jonathan fills it out to make sure everything is cover so the insurance company won't have any issues. He even doubled checked it after the I completed all of the testing. He check my blood pressure three times for insurance purposes. I went to the restroom for the urine part of the test. I know someone mentioned that the restroom smelled, but that review was 5 years ago and the restroom I used was very clean and there was no smell. I'm a clean freak and I felt very comfortable. Jonathan then took my blood and was super quick and professional. It was completely painless and he made sure the area was okay before bandaging it and that I felt ok before leaving. I felt it was important to leave this because my experience was really good and I want to make sure others with the same fears I have know this place and the employees ( at least that I interacted with) were professional and helpful) and that the building is clean and accessible. “Walked in for kids' blood work used rhe self-service kiosks which pretty easy and fast to use. Since we didn't have an appointment, we were on Stand-By, so if someone cancels, we're in!!! In the first few minutes, I saw one of the staff members getting upset with an elderly woman asking her questions about coming to the wrong location for her appointment. The woman asked her if she could wait in standby, and the lady seemed put out to answer. So we helped her with getting her to the kiosk. Only 10 minutes later, an appointment was called, and they weren't here, so they meant one standby gets to go in :) the standby was called in and within seconds another one comes out calling the same person, and then a third comes out asking for the same person everyone in the waiting room explaining you already brought him in LOL.. So much for communicating amongst your co-workers... So we are next on the list, and both were called in. The kiddos were in 1 & 2, and we were handled with care, and blood was drawn and in and out painless for me and a small prick for them. Our experience was super painless, so I gave the location 5 stars, but I would say if they could be a little more patient with the elderly, the reviews here would be more like mine!!!”

“I had my Covid test at this location. The doctor and all of his staff are very professional. The testing is efficient and results came back quickly. I did not have to wait long and would recommend this location to anybody that I needs to get a test. They test you while you are in your car.”

“Clean, prompt and professional staff available for anyone seeking blood to be taken for lab work. I did not have to wait longer than 10 minutes despite not having made an appointment. Walkins are welcome. Very quick processing. The lady who drew my blood seemed a bit robotic but I guess that's to be expected when you see hundreds of patients each day?”

“I did a walk in appointment Tuesday morning at 9:00. I was surprised to see the waiting room completely empty. Check in was easy at the kiosk, and I waited about 25 minutes to be seen. The room had a steady stream of people with appointments while I waited. Michelle helped me and she was friendly, professional and skilled. (Previous attempts to find my veins have proven a challenge for others.) Michele made the visit quick and pain free. Will use this office again.”

“I was apprehensive after reading reviews here but I'm pleased to say my experience with this LabCorp was just fine. Making an appointment online was easy (they only book on the day of, also if you don't like the time offered wait a moment and try again, you may get a better offer), staff was courteous, wait time minimal, skillful prick, no bruising. I'm offering this review to refute the poor ones here. I'm a senior gentleman with realistic expectations and a pleasant disposition. 'Nuff said!”

“I came to ABC Labs to do a blood test for my annual check up. I got here on a Saturday morning around 9am, and there was only one patient/customer there on the way out, so I had no wait at all. Sat right down, the lady working there got my insurance info, got my blood drew and I was out of there in like 15 minutes! I was surprised at how quick the process took, since I was expecting to waste at least an hour. The lady working there was so nice! She was very friendly and a pro with needle. She was done drawing my blood before I even realized it. Quick and painless both figuratively and literally. This Lab isn't an actual lab. Its just an area sectioned off inside a pharmacy. For those looking for this place, its by the entrance facing Garfield Ave. inside the pharmacy.”
