Switched from bank of the west and happy with the results so far

They used to be open until 6pm. How is someone who works until 5pm supposed to go into the bank? Their savings rates are way behind the current upward trend. New tellers every month. They don't give them enough hours so they quit.

So the branch closes at 1 now?!?! Why does it say 5 here and 1 on the door???
