“I have to go in the bank once a week for work to get a cashiers check. It's an annoying and time consuming task and I know it's a bit of a hassle for the tellers. Thankfully, Bobbi is always very helpful, knowledgeable and makes small talk and doesn't make me feel bad that my transaction takes longer than most. I've had a couple of subpar experiences with other tellers at the bank in the past (I haven't seen any of them here recently!), but Bobbi has always been wonderful! I really appreciate how helpful she has been, so much so, that I actually closed my accounts at a local bank and opened accounts at B of A (something I never thought I would do) primarily because of her amazing service. Could not be happier with the level of service I have received at B of A in Truckee and from Bobbi!”

“I was referred to Chase in Truckee by my wife. She went in to pay her credit card and received such great service that she decided to leave our current Bank and move our accounts there. I was skeptical and decided to check for myself. Upon walking in the building I immediately was greeted by smiling faces, I have lived and Bank in Truckee for over 20 years and had never received such a warm welcome. Immediately I knew why my wife wanted to switch. I took an appointment with the banker Adelia and she took great care of me and my wife, the team took time to come and meet us and give a gift to my son. I have never been so please with a banking experience, what a nice change.”
