They make everything as easy as possible and I would never use another bank after using Chase Bank . If you lose your card it's so easy to get it replaced and they make sure everything is straightened out if someone scammed your account. I've been a Chase member for a lot of years now and would never use another bank . Come bank at Chase and you'll never go back to another bank ☺️”

I am a long time customer and I've learned to be patient and wait for him to serve my circumstance. I am not savy with the online services that are offered and he always makes any potential frustration disappear. He is always patient and kind and explains my circumstances well. He never makes me feel inadequate for lack of technical understanding. I hope his superior is aware of the employee he has.”

“i have been a Wells fargo account holder for years. This was the first time inside this branch office. I had some banking that I perfered to do with a teller than an ATM. Place is clean and was not crowded at all. There was only 1 customer ahead of me in the wait line. I had some very confusing questions, well at least I was confused. The teller was very patient and helpful.”

“I meant to update this review a while ago. But I made an appt to have my son bank account opened and it went really well! Now I see if you make an appt then things will go much smoother (still didn't appreciate how I was treated the first time) but they definitely made up for it! I came back the following week to open up my youngest son a bank account as well.”

In that case I had to take it all off and the woman helping me Kiki (or Keke sorry didn't ask for spelling) offered to help which I respectfully declined because of how bad I felt. “First off, let me state that my standards are extremely high when it comes to customer service; it is extremely hard to find genuinely kind people these days. On Travis AFB, I highly recommend you seek out Mr. Ta'Lon McKinley at the Travis Credit Union across from the BX. This young man was well spoken, made great eye contact, reassured my needs and "actually" followed through with what he said. He is a Senior Financial Service Representative at this branch, and it if wasn't for him; I would have walked away. He took the time to actively listen and then respond; explaining my financial needs (auto financing) thoroughly. He closed the deal by making phone-calls and sending out emails keeping me informed every step of the way! Management, keep your eye on this young man; he's going places and needs to be groomed for higher levels. A Million Thanks to Ta'Lon and thanks to Travis Credit Union!”
