“This is our first time going to this branch and I have to say we're very impressed. We were the only customers there. Maybe they've only been opened for 10 minutes. It's very nice on the inside and outside. Plenty of space for parking. Customer service was great, very friendly and open. They have granola bars for snacks, candy, filtered water and coffee for their customers.”

“Man where do I start this place is amazing I have got every loan I have threw them and Lidia when she still worked there before she moved up did my very first loan and help build my credit since I was only 20years old and none else wanted to help me out but OE did and because of it I have great credit and have ever since been getting everything threw them and Cedric is one hell of a guy he has helped me with every other loan or anything else I might need help with since Lidia left and I recommend this branch to anyone or OE credit union for that matter you can’t find a better group of people who will give you what you want or what’s the best option for you thanks guys always going to be a member here”

“My first time today at this location. It was very clean and spacious. There were only 2 tellers working and a long line. The line moved somewhat quickly. I was able to withdrawal my birthday funds without fuss or issue. The teller was polite. This Travis Location is located on Harbison Dr, in the same parking lot as Target. Parking lot is small and was packed when I arrived. There are ATMs outside. I never used them and can't speak on my experience with them.”

“Came in person for teller services. Can’t speak for over the phone service.I agree with others, this place is stretched thin regarding their staffing level and size of the branch. It’s the only NFCU within a 50 mile radius while serving several densely populated cities in the local area.We can’t control the NFCU staffing levels, the size of the branch, or how many customers come in for banking services. But if you are patient and willing to show a little grace to the employees, they are very receptive.Have a happy new year everybody!”
“First off, let me state that my standards are extremely high when it comes to customer service; it is extremely hard to find genuinely kind people these days. On Travis AFB, I highly recommend you seek out Mr. Ta'Lon McKinley at the Travis Credit Union across from the BX. This young man was well spoken, made great eye contact, reassured my needs and "actually" followed through with what he said. He is a Senior Financial Service Representative at this branch, and it if wasn't for him; I would have walked away. He took the time to actively listen and then respond; explaining my financial needs (auto financing) thoroughly. He closed the deal by making phone-calls and sending out emails keeping me informed every step of the way! Management, keep your eye on this young man; he's going places and needs to be groomed for higher levels. A Million Thanks to Ta'Lon and thanks to Travis Credit Union!”
