In that case I had to take it all off and the woman helping me Kiki (or Keke sorry didn't ask for spelling) offered to help which I respectfully declined because of how bad I felt. However, she still ended up aiding me in the end. Very polite and kind even through my inconvenience. Thanks! And I'm sorry again haha!”
