“I love this store when I need something specific. I had never been to the Tracy location, I was surprised how clean the store was and organized. On the second visit, the customer service was awful by the supervisor on duty.. Signs were not marked properly. He wouldn't honor what the sale sign clearly stated. They lost out on a $200 Sale....but if someone else was working, I'm sure everything with customer service would have been different because the rest of Staff I've had help with their have been amazing!!***Sale sign said winter blankets, 75% off. 2 signs up over each half of the display. He told me it was select blankets, and they were marked. I went back over, and none of them were marked. Signs didn't say selected or marked. Watch the sales, and I spent an hour picking out blankets for the homeless. I was so disappointed.”
