Very welcoming, genuine and positive conversation.. It was an uplifting motivation encounter. The spontaneous discount the owner extended at the register was the icing on the cake. “Came here while my kids were next door at the jump place. I needed new running shoes. They did not have a great selection but they did have what I was looking for. No one was around to help. But, I already knew what shoe I wanted. I ended up buying 2 pairs. Shoes were priced slight lower than other places. I used to spend a lot of time in this store. But, since they removed the whole fishing section I only come in to look at shoes now. But still a great store to browse around to kill some time.”

“I believe I had spoken to Gabby today about some issues I was having with an in store delivery. She went above and beyond with helping me, she did everything in her power to help me. She was polite and friendly, which was a huge thing for me. I know working customer service can be challenging at times but she really took her time explaining things and finding out more information for me as well. I had to get off of the phone slightly abruptly and when I called back an hour later another associate I believe her name is Issa (but I'm not completely sure) has answered the phone and was able to recognize my situation and actually knew about my problem as well. These two associates were amazing and I hope they get some type of recognition. It really meant a lot how patient they were, especially in a time like this.”

“Since I started getting into guns, I've always bought my ammos here because they always have them on sale. On top of that, the customer service is just amazing. The two guys that are always there to help me are, Patrick (WEDNESDAY) and NATHAN. I'm sure, i will buy my next toy from either one of them. Also, the girls working here are all very nice and always willing to help and one of them have a cool pink hair. I hope these people are getting paid well for their over the top customer service. I almost forgot, the price on their guns is much lower than other gun stores, come see for yourself.”
