“I've never had a issues with public storage but I will say that there prices are high and keep going up but besides that it's a great location gate hours are very decent and security is 100%”
“Kernesa is very professional, knowledgeable, nice, and provides excellent customer service. Just ask her a question. I have been using this storage facility for 6 years. Kernesa has been a great Manager. My things are safely stored in an air conditioned unit with 24 hour monitoring cameras. The area is clean and well lit. I am super thankful to have Kernesa assist me with my storage decisions. She deserves a raise /promotion. She always gives me awesome advice and keeps everything clean including the restroom. I have never seen the presence of rodents or insects in the storage facility. If you need storage they have a wide variety of storage unit sizes and types.”
“Juan really went above and beyond today. He saw that we were having trouble unloading a refrigerator and helped us out . Not only that, he even brought us 4 cold waters . I can't thank him enough for the help. Honestly without him it we might of dropped it . I'm glad I chose this place to store my things . Nice to see places that still care.”
“I was just a visitor, I'm not the renters. I attended a friend to retrieve something from her unit. The large front security gate needing a pin to open gave us just enough time for both vehicles to get threw. The drive area was clean and free of debris or trash. The unit was a "med" sized unit. Free of water stains or evidence of any other weather issues.Seemed safe and secure”
“very good experience from checking in to loading and check out check in at 8:30 for 9 o’clock Appointment and left with paperwork at 10 PM. They also have very nice drivers lounge, clean restroom.”
