“Great boat ramp. Store has all you'd need for a day on the water. Price is reasonable, $13 for launch and parking. Can get crowded, as would any boat ramp during the busy season. At times, this ramp can be totally inaccessible due to hyacinth/weed growth. Call ahead. Seems to be a late summer thru fall problem in my experience.”

“I needed to rent a storage unit & Public Storage was conveniently located close to my house, no waiting list, rented the unit on-line & they leave a lock for you inside the unit, yes you pay for it, not sure how much they charge for their lock, that can only be used at a Public Storage.. The unit was nice size & clean, you have access from 6am - 9pm everyday oh and the units have lights that come on when you roll up the door! And restrooms. My only complaint was scheduling my move out, and nobody being in the office the day I moved out. 10x15 $425...”

“I searched a few places in the Brentwood / Oakley areas to store my Travel Trailer , I called Delta Storage in Oakley and talked to Mike . Mike gave me the rates which were very reasonable , he also mentioned that they were the new owners of the Storage Facility since May 2019 and invited me to come by and check out the yard of his available spots , so I did . Mike and Bob were great . They showed me around and the available parking spots . The place was exceptionally clean so I took a spot for my trailer and I am very happy with the new owners and the facility . I recommend Delta Storage for anyone’s RV, Trailer or Boat . . What’s nice is they just installed a brand new automatic entry and exit gate system which is so convienant . All the best to the new owners and keep up the good work -”

“My mother rented a unit from this facility and they were awesome! The unit was huge and reasonably priced, especially for the area. My mother came on hard times and could not continue the rental, when she fell behind the manager here was very accommodating and understanding. We asked a lot of questions and she was so helpful. It makes quite the difference when you can speak to someone local instead of a large corporation of endless answering machines. I would definitely recommend this facility for their pricing and humanity.”

“I have been this locations (Antioch, Ca) customer for 10 years. I want to acknowledge Dena Hurtado, as she has been my primary contact each year when I order the portable toilets for our seasonal Cherry Orchard.. She has always followed through with my yearly orders to my requests. I recently had our sons wedding at our home. I ordered ( what I thought ) would be sufficient for our guests. As the trailer set up arrived, I reviewed it and realized I made the incorrect choice of set-up.. I then called Dena immediately, of which time now was of essence. She "MADE IT ALL HAPPEN"!!! She had the first trailer picked up, and the bigger one delivered. Great customer service.......Give her a call for your next portable toilet rental...5 STAR!!!!”

“Stopped here on a boat trip with some friends. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time!It's a joy to be here. As an outsider, I don't belong to the yacht club. But I have close friends who do. Everyone we encountered was really friendly and helpful in guiding us to our destination. They explained how to unload the boat to them and repeated the rules. As someone with no previous training, I was able to follow along easily (not me doing it, but I think i could).The sky was gorgeous when we returned about late afternoon. Had to get some images to share with the community. Couldn't resist. The same should be visible from this place again someday when you visit.PS: never used any services here or any restaurant, this is solely for the boat experience.”

“The video shows their 10x8 inside storage unit that’s located on the 2nd floor in a climate controlled facility. Getting a storage unit here was super easy. I didn’t even have to leave my bed. I did everything on my phone. The longest part of the process was deciding which size unit I needed. However, when I found out they had a sizing guide right there on their website I was able to almost immediately choose the correct size unit for me. After choosing the size I was able to complete the entire rental process in less than five minutes. I received an email with everything I needed to get into my new unit. The email included my gate and temporary lock code, my unit number, all rental forms and contracts, and a very detailed description of what I needed to do next. My new lock was waiting for me inside my unit with informational pamphlets that answered any and all questions you might have. I did all of this using my phone. I didn’t have to wait in line, go into the office, wait until someone was available, nothing like that. I was able to rent the unit on my time and not waste my time jumping through unnecessary hoops. The storage facility and units are very clean. The employees here do an amazing job keeping the units in amazing shape. The only thing that I have an issue with is that they’re only open until 7pm. Their hours are 7am-7pm everyday. I’m at work during those hours and can’t make it before 7pm. If they’d stay open until at least 9pm then I’d have no issues and I bet they’d get a lot more customers. If you don’t mind the hours that they’re open then you’ll love this location.”

“No amount of money could make me.aay anything bad about this place.As a Realtor I have been sending my clients here for close to 20 years and have on occasion used their facilities a few times myself.In all these 20 years not once have I ever ever ever had bad customer service or not been helped. From buying boxes to moving storage units due to making a bad decision over which one I wanted to helping my elderly or their families get settled in. No bad service EVER.If you need boxes or packing supplies they have it all and are as happy to sell you one as they are to selling you 100! They even help carry things to your car for you.The units are available to access 365 days a year which is a real bonus when the holidays ro around and I've never not felt safe here. The office does limit their hours of operation but not by much.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM”
