called this place for a specific item. the staff confirmed they had it in store when they looked on the computer and then went above and beyond by going out into the store and grabbing it to confirm they had it and put it on hold for me so i only had to walk in and up to the counter to get it. i'll be back for anything... read full comment

Every time I need a part or question they are always willing to help me. Not knowing much about cars they are a big help.

Jessie was so helpful. He explained the difference of oil types to me and surprisingly I didn't need the most expensive one. I always come to this specific O'Reilly store because they are SOOO nice and helpful!
