The last two times I went into Bank of America with problems. I was greeted by an employee who helped me immediately. I highly recommend this branch.

Consistent lack of tellers to assist with long customer lines. Multiple visits at any hour of the day and you'll find one teller available to help--and they are unbelievably slow. Extremely disappointing service with complete lack of urgency at this location.

Jessie, the associate manager was super helpful. I loved how well the staff treated me. I will definitely go back to this branch.
