“We travelled down from the High Desert on a recommendation to Martin's Jewelry and met with Alex to discuss adding an anniversary band to my wedding and engagement ring. As Midwest transplants we did not have easy access to our tried and trusted professionals in the jewelry business and were looking to establish a new contact.I had wanted to stack rings for many years and after meeting with Alex, it was a no-brainer to work with him and utilize his knowledge base and decades of experience to create the perfect addition to my set. I briefly chatted with him ahead of time and he directed me to his website to gather ideas. I found a few rings that appealed to me and sent the images to Alex. When we arrived for our appointment we talked about my preferences and he had so many samples for me to try on and see how they worked with my current rings. It was actually Alex who found THE ring. We further discussed options on which metal would work best and the differences and benefits to lab-grown stones. Alex was able to help us create exactly what I wanted and keep the cost within our preferred range. He advised the ring would be ready in 3-4 weeks and contacted me exactly at 3 weeks to let me know it was ready. This anniversary band adds the ideal amount of bling to my ring finger. Can't wait to work with Alex again on the next one!”

“Can't say enough nice things about this place. Called within an hour of them closing to see if they would be able to adjust the band on my Yachtmaster, and the lady on the phone was super friendly and accommodating. Showed up 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close, and met the same lady in the store who took the watch, examined it, we sized my wrist, and then she went in the back to work on it. She came out a few minutes later with the extra links in a bag, and the watch fit perfectly. She did all of this complementary, but the entire time treated me the same as a customer who was spending tens of thousands on a watch. I didn't catch her name, but was just thoroughly impressed with her, so thank you very much if you read this!! Also, the store has a very nice selection that I was able to oogle while she was working on my watch!”

“I stopped twice at Morgan’s to try on some watches and let me tell you, the people there are amazing. The first time Melissa helped me with some GMTs and she went above and beyond showing me pieces and comparing them to help me decide. The second time Krystle spent time with me and she was just as helpful. Both Krystle and Melissa are extremely nice, super friendly and knowledgeable. They are renovating their store and everything is looking beautiful already. Can’t wait to see how everything will look like soon. “A day or so after my initial review, a representative from corporate and Melody (a different manager at the Torrance location) reached out to me separately expressing their concerns about the service we were provided. After speaking with them they worked with me to rectify the situation. I appreciated the response from both corporate and the other manager, Melody. Based on their responses and service I would give them a 5 but due to the initial encounter with other staff a 4 star will suffice. Thank you to that Team for reaching out. Still gotta say....they have nice rings!”

“I needed my 50 year old Elgin wristwatch repaired. I brought it to Ruby's and the gentleman that looked at it said he would open it and check it out. He said it probably only needed to be cleaned and lubed which I agreed to, but he said he'd call if it was something else. The next day he called me and said my watch was ready, it only needed to be cleaned and lubed. He could have sold me on unnecessary parts, but he was honest and HE WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED. My watch is now keeping perfect time and it hasn't run this well since it was new.”

I have two of the "stardust ballpoint" style (they are beautiful) but the 'clip' on both has come loose/broken I'm writing to the company and returning the pens...
