“We travelled down from the High Desert on a recommendation to Martin's Jewelry and met with Alex to discuss adding an anniversary band to my wedding and engagement ring. As Midwest transplants we did not have easy access to our tried and trusted professionals in the jewelry business and were looking to establish a new contact.I had wanted to stack rings for many years and after meeting with Alex, it was a no-brainer to work with him and utilize his knowledge base and decades of experience to create the perfect addition to my set. I briefly chatted with him ahead of time and he directed me to his website to gather ideas. I found a few rings that appealed to me and sent the images to Alex. When we arrived for our appointment we talked about my preferences and he had so many samples for me to try on and see how they worked with my current rings. It was actually Alex who found THE ring. We further discussed options on which metal would work best and the differences and benefits to lab-grown stones. Alex was able to help us create exactly what I wanted and keep the cost within our preferred range. He advised the ring would be ready in 3-4 weeks and contacted me exactly at 3 weeks to let me know it was ready. This anniversary band adds the ideal amount of bling to my ring finger. Can't wait to work with Alex again on the next one!”

“I am so happy with the beautiful jewels that Romo has custom designed and created for me. He has made an opal ring, an emerald set in diamonds, earrings and he even surprised me with a small diamond ring. I did supply the opals and the small diamonds but he knew where to set them. Yes, he can be grouchy at times but many artists are moody. I'm an artist too so I can sympathize. He is fair in his price. I don't think there are many people around like him. “Only jewelry I own. I love the craftsmanship and unique art style of Steel Flame. There is a huge following of Steel Flame merch in the everyday carry community and that was how I found out about it. Be aware though, Steel Flame is expensive but you certainly are getting what you pay for. I have a mini "Guardian" pendant that I wear on a Talon chain; both in sterling silver. I also have a Glock slide plate that is made out of titanium damascus. Both of these items are nothing but perfect and I have received many complements on them.”

“The latch at my chain broke off so I decided to stop in here and have it fixed I was extremely happy with the results I dropped it off and picked it up about an hour later the latch was fixed and it was polished. Over all very satisfied!”

Super kind service over the phone and in person and when I went there were only 2 people working and they made sure to take care of everyone.
