The location of the hotel is great! Redondo can be reached on foot. Hermosa and Manhattan Beach are easily accessible by bike. The rest of LA is relaxing by car.
Feel free...”

2633 Sepulveda Blvd, Torrance“The room here is pretty basic, but the front desk staff is super friendly. You get your core essentials and and small lounger with a chaise to hangout and enjoy a ice cold beer after a long day at work. The room is clean and housekeeping occurs every other day upon your approval during the reservation process. There is a fridge inside the room but no microwave. Instead, there is a single really basic communal microwave in the ice room right by the elevator, which I find odd. I really like the RFID enabled mobile keycard, it really elevated my experience at this hotel. Rather than checking in at the front desk, all I need to do is check in to the hotel via the Marriott BonVoy mobile app and the hotel will issue a mobile keycard (much like a Tesla key) to the app. Checking out is just as straight forward. No need to check out at the front desk and an invoice was emailed to me. Parking is ample and well lit at night. There is a 24 hour "market" by the front desk for basic beverage, beer and snacks which came in handy for the 3 nights I was in town. The downstairs bistro, while pricey, satisfies your hunger if you do not have the energy to go out to a restaurant. The hotel is geared more towards the solo business traveler, in my opinion, rather than tailored towards a family vacation travel, and they hit all the mark.”

19800 South Vermont Avenue, Torrance“When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted. But the Asian lady at front desk. She is not very particular and details on the check-in. She needs more training on how to deal with customers with needs and concerns. I am assuming she is not very well experienced. She told me, she doesn’t accept cash. ?? so we felt useless, so my roommate and I, went to the bank. I called the front desk, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. When I explain my issues, he is really good. He saved my roommate and I. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name on the phone, God Bless You, Thank You so much ????
Rooms: Nice and clean ✨✨✨
Safety: Gated arms to prevent car thief.”

“Kudos to Mike the manager who took care of my needs, like a brother. He went out of his way to make sure I was protected and took a stance with the owner, making sure I was not out in the street. During my 2.5 month ( time goes fast) stay and many ups and downs with my health and rent I have never been that cared for and protected +..
Rooms: Clean modern design and large
Safety: Felt safe and the manager patrols the area, looking out for people and always knowing who is thre

19901 Prairie Ave, Torrance“The hotel was clean but dated for alot of things in the room. It was great having a kitchen though for being there a while for work. The front desk was great to help when we had hotels website issues. The pools heater was broken the entire time which sucked because it was chilly when we were there but the hot tub was hot. Will be staying here again.Rooms: The furniture was dated, the couch has Rios and such. The desk chair if you leaned back at all would also go completely backward and was uncomfortable.Noteworthy details: It was great to finish the night around a fire place outdoors.”

3525 Torrance Blvd, Torrance“Everything is very clean. Location to city center and dining is excellent. Customer service is very good, they’re professional and have a great team of receptive employees working at this location. Would definitely recommend.Safety: I like that after 10pm you need a key to enter the lobby. It’s an extra added bit of security that makes me feel more comfortable staying here.Walkability: Without a car, it’s hard to get around if i don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for an Uber ride. There are bus stops a couple hundred yards from the hotel and that makes it easy to get from one place to another for much cheaper, albeit usually a longer drive time, but that’s ok.”

3995 W Carson St, Torrance“I have stayed here many times over the last year, for extended periods of time, and feel safe leaving my equipment in the room, parking my truck in the parking lot, and leaving for work early in the mornings. The rooms are clean and the laundry room has newer washers and dryers. It is very close to many restaurants, shopping and vacation sites. The staff, Danielle, Janice, and Vanessa and others are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend, staying here.”

“The location was good and the staff was nice but this place needs to be demolished and rebuilt. The smoke detector was completely missing, the outlet that the AC was plugged into appears to have had a fire at some point, there are holes in the walls and the ceiling above the shower, there is graffiti on the bathroom door, the bed mattress hangs and droops over the pedestal it sits on. There are NO extras here. No in room coffee for the morning. You have to walk a block to the 7-11 for coffee (or anything). The refrigerator was cool. Large and it worked! There was a working microwave and the TV worked. At night there are so many strange noises it's very hard to sleep. We are going to spend a little more and go to the Hilton down the street next time.”
“Booked 7 doubles and they tried to give us 7 singles for 13 people. They said they couldn't change it due to lack of rooms. We had to spend the day hunting for lodging for my crew.”

20801 S Western Ave, Torrance“I stayed in this hotel during the US Shogi Tournament 2024 and it was a fantastic experience. Easily the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, the staff was very nice, and the location is very close to a lot of good restaurants and things to do. I definitely plan to stay here again if I'm ever in the area.”
“The room is comfortable and has everything you need, including a capsule coffee machine, a microwave and a refrigerator, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on. There are also comfortable sofas and office chairs in the room, and a large desk. There is a delicious free breakfast, a free tea bag and coffee machine in the lobby, comfortable sofas and cute fireplace decorations, free parking, and a great gym. What can I say? Overall 100 points!”
