“It’s newly renovated. I’ve stayed here several times since mid 2023 and the rooms have always been clean, with everything working. The WiFi is reliable and 30-something Mbps fast — enough for pretty much everything, including work. Office staff are friendly and efficient. Best Motel 6 I’ve been to.Rooms: Rooms are newly renovated and clean. Everything works. Wifi is fast and reliable.Walkability: Starbucks is nearby”

“It is nice and well decorated, homey considering the price. The bed is surprisingly comfy.I had my own fridge and sink in my room, shared bathroom BUT the bathroom is very clean and looks nice all the time, never seen it messy even in passing. (Some rooms have private bathrooms)TV is included, as is wifi. You cant get a better deal in this side of LA. I paid $399 for a week here. Lowest I've paid for any hotel out here, and it is the best out of 3 I've had that were more expensive... and much less comfortable. The tenants here are even of good heart and comfortable to speak to, even though they speak a different language predominantly. Very sweet people.”

“It was a bad experience because they didn't let me enter my service dog and when I was about to check in it turned out that there was another person with a service dog already staying there. I don't know why they didn't allow me and my dog is part of my family I will not stay ”

“Chris was such an amazing host! We landed much earlier than anticipated but when I called and asked Chris for a possible earlier check in he responded with: "Whenever you're ready to head down here I've got something ready for you guys. Upon arriving Chris was polite & willing to help with all questions we had. Even gave us a room on the 1st floor like I asked. The room itself was STUNNING compared to the price we paid. Bathroom was beautiful, bed was like a cloud. We only got to sleep an 1 the first night & 2 the second night but when we woke up we were so well rested. Last compliment is for housekeeping, we needed toilet paper, called Chris and he had a worker at our door in SECONDS. 10/10 would stay again. Highly recommend this place.”

“THE LAST TIME I WAS HERE WAS IN DECEMBER OF LAST YEAR, I ENJOYED MY STAY. THE HOUSEKEEPERS ARE NICE. THE CABLE IS GOOD AND THE BED IS A GOOD SIZE. SOMETIMES YOU DO HAVE UNRULY GUEST THAT MAKES ALOT OF NOISE. THERE IS A REFRIGERATOR AND A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM WHICH IS PERFECT. THE PRICE DOES GO UP AND DOWN. I NEVER BEEN IN THE POOL SO I DON'T KNOW HOW IT IS. I THINK I HAD ISSUES WITH THE WIFI WHICH ISN'T TOO MUCH OF A PROBLEM BECAUSE I USE MY OWN INTERNET. I HAD TO USE WIFI A COUPLE OR FEW TIMES BECAUSE MY INTERNET WASN'T WORKING. OVERALL, I'LL BE BACK.”

“I was without a home for a bit and stayed here while I searched and went to work.The owners are very nice and honestly deal with a lot when it comes to other customers.I think this place is ideal for anyone you just have to be mindful that it is a motel.The location is quiet aside from the bar at night but the energy overall is good and straight to the point.Upon my stay, I had seen many angry and well not willing to leave and so I understand when it comes to the upkeep of certain rooms and corners of this motel. I had many different rooms some are very clean and others aren’t due to some of those that stayed before you.The owner is really nice if you are… like even if there is an issue it’s best to not project the anger onto the person you want to help you. Things happen and we are living in crazy times.Thankful for the Patio Motel and the ones in charge of the business they’re running.Happy New Year ❤️From me & my emotional support cat ?”

“My husband and his family who had just flow in from Italy stayed the night at this hotel! The room were very clean and the customer service was extraordinary! They were extremely patient and accommodating with our situation! I would recommend the hotel to any visitors for a comfortable stay at a convenient location! “This hotel was a little gem. Yes it’s older with older furniture and some of it worn, but everything worked and it was clean. We stayed 4 nights and it was very quite despite being off a busy street. There is an internal courtyard that was beautiful. The room was cleaned and replenished everyday and the staff were all very polite.”
