The occupancy controlled thermostat made things a tad hot, need to shampoo the carpet in the halls etc., but it rode out the earthquake on 8/12/24 just fine!

There's nothing around! You can't go there without a car. The room is at a satisfactory level. Breakfast is a buffet similar to what you would find in a foreign hotel.
Rooms: Enough for business.

It's a nice hotel with local restaurants. Good place to stay.
