I went to this Chase Bank branch to break my $20 bills into new $2 bills for the coming lunar new year. They not only willingly did that for me but quickly. Very friendly staff. Very nice to be with Chase Bank, after getting "fired" by a classless bank, who for their sake, shall remain nameless!

I like going to this branch on the corner of Carson and Hawthorne. Customer service is excellent. Strong bank with excellent facilities and responsive personnel. But you need to respect their protocols and remember they are human. Use their website as much as you can and arrange appointments so that they can service efficiently.
