“I love this store. The styles are very unique in a GOOD way. With how much time I spend in San Francisco I was surprised I hadn't heard of the store before now. I was recently at Noc Noc bar literally right down the street with a friend on a Saturday night and they had a really good DJ from the UK playing. I actually talked with him after he was done playing and he told me he lives a couple doors down in the same building as the store (Wild Feather). He invited me over but that wasn't something I do. I did however, check out the store a few days later with a friend. I have since bought a few things online and I love every single one of them. I am super curious if the in-store inventory is consistent with the online selections because if not I would love to go in and shop in-person. I would keep an eye out for the guy who lives there but he was really nice so I wouldn't be too concerned about it. Anyway I love the clothes, love the designs and can't wait to shop again soon.”
“This is a great place to shop for all things baseball apparel!!! And the customer service is through the roof!!! Please talk to my boy Nick he’ll hook you up and point you in the right direction.”
“Bettie made me feel like a million bucks when I was trying on sweaters, and I ended up buying two that I just absolutely love. She was so much fun to talk to. I'll be back, for sure. Thank you!”

2274 Union St, San Francisco“I had the best experience working with Mary at Bridal Breeze! I went into the store not sure if what I was looking for even existed, and I found one that was perfect (plus several others that were also beautiful, just not exactly what I wanted). I think the store has fewer dresses that some of the other stores I went to, but they were all perfectly curated, so I was trying on one beautiful dress after another! They also post their entire inventory online, which was really useful for me beforehand, as I was trying to decide whether it was worth the drive from the south bay all the way up to the city. It definitely definitely was! They do not do alterations, but they have a few tailors who they recommend. I've heard horror stories about other shops ordering dresses multiple sizes too big so they can gouge you on alterations, so I'm happy to have avoided that conflict of interest. My dress pretty much fits, just needs some minor adjustments. Do note that the store is very small, so they can only handle one bride at a time. Definitely make an appointment before you go.”

549 Hayes St, San Francisco“Just like to say how much I like my Cotopaxi vest. Just bought my second vest as I wore out my first one after many years. I have had so many compliments from people, maybe it’s the color, that I never get when I’m wearing any other vest as I have several from other outfitters. Love it.”

“I've been going by Five and Diamond for quite a while and heard they will be closing up the shop on Valencia soon. They've got a great mix of stuff from independent designers and great for all kinds of looks. I have got stuff for Burning Man and general dressing up as you do in SF. Will miss them when they move out but drop by soon to take advantage of some sales before the close up this location!”

“I was looking for a place that carries products aimed at cognitive enhancement (nootropics) and overall brain health and wellness (adaptogens). Drawn to the name, The Higher Consciousness, I found such supplements to elevate my mind. It's a specialty shop located in the eclectic and diverse Haight-Ashbury neighborhood. They carry a wide assortment of unique cbd, mushrooms, and plant medicines not found elsewhere, all reasonably priced. The shop owners are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to answering questions and making product suggestions based on your specific needs. You can also find an interesting assortment of cannabis and mushroom themed books, novelties, and gifts. I've been here a few times and truly recommend this place. Nothing but good vibes and great customer service here. Thanks guys! Not to mention, it's always good to support and shop local businesses.”
“What a wonderful experience. I wandered into this store after a recommendation from a colleague. I was seeking a particular item, stationery for letters and envelopes. As soon as I entered, Danielle welcomed me with a smile and offered to help. She listened carefully and brought me a wide selection of products to choose from. Each package had a different theme with cards, stickers, and envelopes. I was so pleased with the price and cute factor of all the products. Danielle invited me to explore the store after I made my selection. There are so much fun gift ideas from coasters to bags to women's clothing. During checkout, Danielle explained the history of the store, shared other locations around the Bay Area, and promoted the fact that this store is Female and family owned. I look forward to coming back to explore and recommend you do too! Until next time.”

“I was gifted a sewing machine for Mother's Day despite never sewing in my life :-P My 7 yo daughter really wanted to take sewing lessons together so I was thrilled that Sew offers a mom/daughter class at a time that worked for our hectic schedule. We chose the 2-hour class and I didn't really know what to expect. My daughter was over the moon and can't stop talking about how she now knows how to sew and how she wished we could have spent the whole day there. I'm bummed that I didn't know about this place earlier as it would have been a perfect summer camp opportunity; planning to enroll next summer for sure! The owner showed me how to use my OWN machine(!), which was the first time it had been turned on, and made the whole idea of sewing less intimidating. Definitely will be returning to take more classes! It's a wonderful business and I highly recommend it!!!”
“Love Gravel & Gold! Wonderful curation of goods by local, small batch and handmade brands alongside their clothing line. A really cool space too! Such a gem in our SF community. Grateful for the Gravel & Gold team!”

“Unique store and brands and a denim sewing machine on hand to make edits to your break in length of jeans just as you want it. My husband was looking for black jeans but ended up finding a great fitting light grey pair! The Jeans were hemmed and sewn and ready the next day- awesome, cause he was needing them soon. The price is the price. They have their own brands and others I haven't seen before a lot of unique tops, sweater's, jackets to check out as well etc. Nice to discover a new place to look. Definitely check them out. We were like a broken record always going to the same place- this felt fresh. And he has a new pair of Summer jeans.”
